Hello,

We rent in seasonal a nice studio with sea view in Boucan Canot. Ideal for a romantic holiday or a couple with children!

Located in a quiet and secure residence, the studio is 5 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach of the island and its restaurants / bars and 5 minutes by car from the city center of Saint-Gilles-Les-Bains.

As we love our nice neighbors, parties are not allowed.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you want more information!

The studio consists of:

- 1 main room with:
- 1 bed (140cm) and 1 sofa bed
- 1 dining table for 4 people
- 1 wardrobe
- 1 coffee table

- 1 outdoor terrace with a dining table
- 1 fully equipped kitchen redone
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

Equipment side, the studio has:

- Internet (fiber)
- TV
- Air Conditioner
- Washing machine
- Hair dryer,
- 1 parking space inside the residence

Interaction with travelers:
At your convenience, we can be very discreet, however we will remain available for any questions related to your excursions and your evenings throughout your stay.

One of the most pleasant places to live thanks to the beautiful beach of Boucan Canot, its bars and restaurants by the sea ... ideal for a holiday in the sun!

Transport:
You can walk to the beach.
For other trips we advise you to prefer the car.
You can also travel by bus, there is a stop within 5 minutes of the studio.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The studio was well-equipped and beautifully designed, offering everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location is simply perfect – peaceful and close to Mafate and local amenities. The beach nearby is breathtaking, not overcrowded, with soft sand and high waves on the downside of the beach in direction to Saint-Gilles; not for swimming but for having a picnic or just some relaxed time. I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a little slice of paradise!

Le logement est très bien situé sur l'île. Très confortable pour une famille de 4. La piscine sur le littoral permet d aller ce baigné tous le temps. Un acceuil très bien et professionnels.

A Boucan Canot

Studio confortable et lumineux, correctement équipé, dans résidence calme avec habitants sympathiques. Très bien pour 2 personnes. Proximité immédiate (à pied) de la plage et ses restos-bars, mais aussi d'une petite zone commerciale à deux pas de la résidence, avec un boulanger bougon mais du bon pain et des gâteaux. Accès très rapide à St Gilles et St Paul. Baignade sans requin à l'Ermitage et la Saline.
