Our villa is in a private development with private access
and security. It has a private pool of 9x5 for your private use , a garden with barbecue and sitting area.
The house is spacious and decorated in detail.
A well equipped kitchen, a piano, a TV 65 "LED, WIFI, garage and more.
There are swings and various things for children.
A cabin to change for the pool, Toilet and lavabo and solar shower in the garden.
You will like it since this is our house and you will have all comodities. It is like being at home.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la propriété. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. La piscine et le coin salon de jardin sont également trÚs agréables.

Con palabras poco puedo decir, un chalet cuidado al detalle, en una urbanizaciĂłn muy tranquila de gente muy agradable, sin molestias de ningĂșn tipo, un lugar para descansar y desconectar de todo. RepetirĂ© sin ninguna duda. Los anfitriones, CesĂĄreo y Viviane, unas personas excepcionales con las que no me hubiera importado compartir la estancia o unas simples charlas. Ninguna pega en absoluto, nos sentimos mejor que en nuestra casa, y la cuidamos como si fuera nuestra, un placer.

Great experience.

Villa was much larger than we had expected the main bedroom and en-suite was perfect for us. Outside it was a pleasure to swim in the day and eat outside in the evenings. There was plenty of shade in the garden for when the weather was too hot. The neighbourhood was quiet and secure.

Lovely villa, well equipped and nice swimming pool!

Six of us stayed here, 3 adults and 3 children. The villa was lovely, really well equipped and nicely furnished. The pool was big, there were garden games, a big TV and a Wii, which were great for the children. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a great dinner. There's lovely seating areas outside, some open and some covered, so on the hot days we were happy to spend all day at the house! The villa is in a nice estate, but is some 5 km from the nearest town, so you need a car to get anywhere. The nearest town is Tordesillas, a typical rural Spanish town, full of character but a bit run-down and hardly anyone speaks English! We loved it, but some people might find it a bit too off-the-beaten-track. From the villa, we did trips out to Valladolid (lovely bustling city 20km away), Segovia (beautiful, but 2 hrs drive) and the ancient market towns nearby of Medina de Campo and Cuellar. We felt we were visiting 'real' Spain rather than the tourist spots. A very relaxing week!

séjour un peu décevant

La maison est correct bien qu'un rafraichissement de dĂ©cor ferait un grand bien. la cour est superbe par contre impossible d'en profiter pleinement. la tempĂ©rature de la piscine est sub-arctique et nĂ©cessiterait un wet suit. Nous aurions souhaiter utiliser le chauffe-eau et dĂ©dommager la propriĂ©taire mais celle-ci a refusĂ©. La quiĂ©tude Ă  l'extĂ©rieur a Ă©tĂ© souvent perturbĂ©e par un concert canin qui n'en finissait plus. La rĂ©sidence est tout de mĂȘme bien localisĂ©e par rapport aux villes d'intĂ©rĂȘt.

Lieu de séjour agréable

Le domaine sĂ©curisĂ© Ă©tant proche de l'autoroute est trĂšs facile d'accĂšs et permet de relier rapidement les lieux touristiques. La maison parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs propre est vraiment agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Elle est conforme Ă  la description ainsi que l'extĂ©rieur. L'accueil de Viviane et CĂ©sar est parfait. Ils sont rĂ©ellement trĂšs disponibles et donnent toutes les informations nĂ©cessaires. Seul petit bĂ©mol pendant notre sĂ©jour: malgrĂ© une mĂ©tĂ©o trĂšs clĂ©mente, nous n'avons pas pu profiter autant que souhaitĂ© de la belle piscine car la tempĂ©rature de l'eau reste assez fraĂźche le matin (20°/21°) le bassin Ă©tant Ă  l'ombre jusqu'au moins 13H. Elle monte pĂ©niblement jusque 25° en moyenne. MĂȘme nos enfants ne se baignaient pas trĂšs longtemps. D'autre part, nous recherchions beaucoup de calme et de repos: l'environnement l'est mais nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec le chien des voisins qui aboyait beaucoup le soir et plusieurs nuits de suite.

Le logement Ă©tait parfait, trĂšs confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©, jusqu'Ă  la bonne bouteille de vin pour nous accueillir. Tout correspondait Ă  ce qui Ă©tait annoncĂ©, mĂȘme la mĂ©tĂ©o, trĂšs agrĂ©able. En outre, la maison est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, pour rayonner. Proche des grands accĂšs, mais pas trop pour le bruit. La rĂ©gion est splendide, d'une grande richesse culturelle, nous y reviendrons certainement.

We hebben met veel genoeg...

We hebben met veel genoegen hier verbleven. Prachtig huis, prachtige omgeving. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars ook. Alle comfort. Het doet goed om 's morgens alleen de vogels en de eekhoorns te horen kwetteren. Het huis is ook heel kindvriendelijk. We voelden ons echt thuis weg van huis. Het domein ligt ook vlakbij de snelwegen (en toch is het er zeer rustig. Je hoort niks) en de prachtige steden in de omgeving zijn dus supergemakkelijk te bereiken. Echt een aanrader. Annemie D.
