This modern lodge style home sits quietly in the back of a cul-de-sac and boasts 175' of fairway frontage on the beautiful Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club. During the summer months you can sit quietly outside on our beautiful deck and watch the golfers pass through or enjoy the view from inside the enclosed porch with massive view windows stretching end to end. Each oversized bedroom is beautifully and comfortably outfitted with a queen-sized bed along with spacious walk-in closets.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and we have about everything you'll need to plan your family dinners or holiday feasts.

The house is just minutes from all the best restaurants, grocery stores, and only 30 minutes from the famed Sunrise Park Resort! When the snow is flying, this is where you want to be.

Don't ski? No worries! While the family is on the hill, relax at the house in front of the 55" flat screen HD smart TV/DVD player. Play some Ping Pong, Foosball, Darts in the large game room. The entire backyard is fenced for your family pet.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Nice open layout with plenty of space. Very clean and well equipped.

Fabulous home and ideal location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on our 3 day getaway! Our dogs loved the yard and golf course! Spacious rooms and very clean! Lots of games and fun game room with heater, so we were able to use it often. We will definitely return!

One of the most immaculate cabins we've ever stayed at!

We've been coming up to the White Mountains for years and this is definitely one of our favorite cabins/homes! The owners did a beautiful job in renovating it. Beds and furniture were comfy, kitchen well-stocked and a great location! The play room was an added bonus!

Beautiful house in a quiet beautiful neighborhood.

Super easy entering process and accommodations were super clean and very well kept. The house is great, up to date, and the bonus with having a ping pong and an air hockey table really makes it the best stay for anyone wanting to relax and have some fun.

A quiet escape from the city!

We looked at a few options before choosing this location and we're glad we did! The house is very well maintained and extremely cozy and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The owners of this property were so helpful. A snow storm came through during our visit, freeways shut down and they worked with us to extend our stay AND have the driveway plowed. Not one negative experience during our stay! We look forward to staying again!

This home is “a happy place”!!

It would have been helpful to have instruction on use of Heater thermostat. It’s a technology that I had no idea of how to operate. Had to call owner, he did not appreciate it.

Soon-to-be a not so hidden gem!

It's impossible to keep this place a secret - it was just so perfect for our family!! It's not easy to find a place that can accommodate very small kids (we have a 3 year old and 1 year old twins), and a dog. But this cabin was amazing. The open floor-plan was a dream and such a great use of space - so much room for everyone! The kids loved playing in the backyard in the leaves (we stayed close to Thanksgiving) and the trail around the golf course was gorgeous. The cabin is stocked with everything you could need and it's the perfect luxurious mountain get-away. The check-in/out process was super easy, and Dave and Melissa were so responsive and kind. With so many places to stay in the Pinetop-Lakeside area, this is truly a space that caters to all parties - what a gem! Can't wait to go back!! :)

Home away from Home

From the minute we stepped into the house, we felt right at home and very comfortable. The house has everything you need for just relaxing and having some fun. The back deck, yard and view of the golf course was so nice. Location is great in relationship to the town, area hiking and fishing. Our interactions with the owners was absolutely great! We highly recommend this property!

Great Family Getaway

Highly recommend! Loved the game room for our teens, right up to the golf course made it great for morning walks. Kitchen was great for cooking and beds were cozy! Loved the master, lots of space in the bathroom which was lovely! Thank you again!

An excellent choice

The cabin is excellent, it is very comfortable, it is very spacious and has everything you need to have a good time, the cleanliness was excellent, the backyard has an excellent view, with access to the golf course for walking, a perfect grill and table and chairs to enjoy your favorite barbecue. You can have a lot of fun in the playground. The host was always attentive and answering any questions. I definitely hope to come back next year.

A home way from your home!

First, the house was immaculate & very clean! It was also well furnished and well supplied. There was nothing missing that we needed including Kleenex, jewelry trays in the bedrooms, a portable fan, plenty of towels, etc. Small details that are not often included in rentals. Second, the location is perfect, it's settled in a quiet & woodsy neighborhood. Walking the golf cart loop of the golf course (before 7am /after 7pm) was the best! I couldn't have felt safer walking alone in the early morning or late evening. Third, the back patio and the fenced-in beautiful landscaped backyard was glorious. I spent many hours sitting outside, enjoying the porch while our Mini-Bernedoodle enjoyed watching the activity on the golf-course. Fourth, though it felt we were far out and secluded in the neighborhood, we were actually so close to 'town' than we ate out for lunch & dinner a number of times since the drive was only 7-8 minutes. Finally, working with the gracious owners was super easy. We highly recommend this home and location!

We LOVE the location of this home. We have avid golfers in our family and have always dreamed of owning a home on the golf course! Pinetop is such a beautiful place to find your own fun! We love hiking, biking, fishing, and boating and fell in love with Pinetop several years ago.

Our home backs to the 17th fairway with no one behind you. Fantastic location for walks in the morning and evening.
