This small unpretentious terraced house is the ideal base for anyone wishing to enjoy the beach without bothering with the car!
With an area of about 50 m² spread over 2 levels, it has:
On the ground floor:
- a kitchenette open to the main room
- a bedroom (2 bunk beds 140 + 90)
- a bathroom with toilet (shower)
- a furnished terrace

Upstairs :
- a bedroom (bed 140 + extra bed 90)
- a balcony (ideal for hanging linen)

The terrace is covered and includes a dining area where you can enjoy good grills.
An electric plancha is at your disposal as well as 2 sunbaths.
Only 5 minutes drive from the seaside resort of Porticcio, but also near the imperial city Ajaccio.

Linen rental if needed (decreasing rates from the 2nd week)
for bedding 140 or 160: 20 € / week (includes 1 fitted sheet, a flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 sheets of baths)

Madame , Monsieur La location était conforme au descriptif , le positionnement idéal Mais nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de rentrer dans un logement emplie d’une désagréable odeur de renfermée et de moisissure , cela à certainement entraînée la prolifération d’insecte ou autres au niveau du matelas , que nous avons dû extraire et traiter afin de ne plus avoir le désagrément d’être agressés la nuit . Un point positif une belle salle de bain , certainement refaite depuis peu . L’appartement peut être à l’image d’autres locations de la zone très agréable à condition d’y réaliser quelques travaux d’entretien afin de maintenir une qualité de vie agréable. Dommage car cette location était pourvue de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Bien cordialement.

Appart sympa bien placé.

Petit appartement sympathique et bien équipé dans l'ensemble, très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage d'Agosta. Service de conciergerie rapide et efficace (Merci à Séverine pour sa gentillesse !). Il ne manquerait que la climatisation et le Wifi...
