1 bedroomed villa + mezzanine with secluded terrace (garden furniture, deck chairs, electric barbecue) and small garden with Sea view. Allocated space parking. Access to the swimming pool of the residence in the neighbourhood (2 minuts by foot). 5 sleeps maxi. Ideal for 4. Pets allowed. Beautiful fittings. Well decorated.

Bof mais ça fait l’affaire

La description du bien est claire et correspond à la réalité. Cependant la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous quand nous avons réceptionné la petite maison. De plus les photos montrent beaucoup de placards rangement mais ne vous y fiez pas : ILS SONT PLEINS À CRAQUER ! Ils sont remplis de cochonneries, de choses laissées par les précédemment vacanciers et de vaisselles sales. Ce n’est pas agréable quand vous arrivez chargés après 8h de route. Sinon petit coin assez sympa, vous n’êtes pas loin de la mer et de petits commerces. Piscine ok. Attention aux chats errants qui déchirent les poubelles.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in gepflegter Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Möbel samt Küche sind neu, der kleine Garten ist liebevoll angelegt (durch größere Bäume ist auch immer Schatten vorhanden), es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, der über eine kleine Abkürzung in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, dass man auch Bahnen schwimmen kann. Der Strand ist in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (deutsch-sprachig) hat sehr gut funktioniert, trotz kurzfristiger Buchung hatten wir vorab alle Unterlagen zugesendet bekommen (inklusive Ausflugtipps). Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Narbonne-Plage gehabt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
