séjour au calme

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Le logement est très confortable, agréable et très bien équipé, situé dans une impasse tranquille avec très peu de circulation. La piscine a été très appréciée. Les commerces ne sont pas très loin et la plage à 15 min en voiture. Tout est la pour passer un très bon séjour.Nous louons des maisons pour les vacances estivales depuis plus de 20 ans et celle ci figure incontestablement parmi les meilleures.

Heerlijk rustig mooi vakantie huis

Het huis is heerlijk, compleet. Sfeervol, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Gesitueerd op een zeer rustige doodlopende straat. Zwembad deel je met je buren, dat ging ook prima. Omgeving verkennen moet met de auto. Onze gastheer en dame ,Jacques en Christiane, zeer relaxed en enorm gastvrij, voor herhaling vatbaar

Un excellent lieu de vacances

Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, proche de tout les services, commerces et activités, et pourtant complètement a l'écart du bruit et des nuisances. Le seul bruit que vous entendrez est le chant des cigales. Le logement est propre, pratique et bien aménagé. La piscine est très agréable et n'utilise pas de chlore ce qui est très pratique pour les enfants.

Wunderschön und liebevoll individuelles Haus

Wir hatten 10 sehr sehr schöne Oktobertage in einer tollen Region. Das Haus ist wunderschön und individuell. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Vermieterin Christiane Hamon ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben Haus und Pool sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Herrliches Haus und sehr freundliche Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dem schönen Häuschen. Das Mobiliar im Haus ist hochwertig und auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist herrlich, man teilt ihn sich mit dem Nachbarhaus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt! Lieben Dank für alles!

14 Tage schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Unterkunft und Lage war sehr schön. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank a Jacques und seiner Familie. Alles notwendige wie Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Strände waren in Max 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Wir haben eine super Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Pool war super. Er wird mit dem Nachbarhaus geteilt bzw. gemeinsam genutzt. … Der Vermieter war sehr sehr nett. Alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle découverte

Maison ayant du "cachet", très bien équipée, située au calme tout en étant proche du centre de Narbonne, des plages, des lieux de visites... Chaque gîte est totalement indépendant : l'intimité de chacun étant préservée. La piscine à partager n'a pas du tout était perçue comme un inconvénient, bien au contraire elle est essentielle pour se rafraîchir et elle permet le cas échéant, de faire connaissance avec les voisins ! En résumé, c'est une location à recommander sans hésitation. Merci à Christiane & Jacques pour leur excellent accueil et leur disponibilité.

Hochwertige Unterkunft mit individueller Gestaltung

Schöner, gepflegter (gefliester!) Pool; umfangreiche Ausstattung, freundlicher Empfang. Einrichtung geschmackvoll, kein unpersönlicher Ikea-Style, gute Klimanlagen und Küchengeräte. Man sitzt drinnen und draußen sehr schön. Sehr privat, die Terrasse ist von außen fast nicht einsehbar. Ruhig trotz der Landstraße, die 200m weg ist. Leider kein Mückenschutz an den Schlafzimmerfenstern. Ingesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Gite pour des super vacances en famille

Le gite est très agréable, au calme et à proximité soit de la Nautique de narbonne soit des plages de Gruissan. Le gite est très bien équipé, avec en prime un barbecue. La piscine tres agréable est a partager avec un 2eme gite, sans souci pour nous. Nous avons passés de super vacances en famille. 👪

Des vacances au calme sans être isolé !

Le gîte est très beau. Il ne manque rien. La piscine est parfaite et très propre. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Nous avons apprécié la clim et la facilité pour promener notre chien à proximité. Un endroit charmant dans une région magnifique.

Wunderschönes Haus am Fuß von La Clape

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit 2 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bädern, großem Wohn-, Eßbereich, schöner Terrasse und Pool. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage ist bei heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm) und sauber. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen und Abkühlen (Pool) ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben nützliche Tipps für einen angenehmen Urlaub. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (5 Minuten) und große gepflegte Sandstrände (15 Minuten) sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

maison très agréable, climatisation bien appréciée pour passer de bonnes nuits. Maison spécieuse et bien agencée avec tous les équipements nécessaires et même les produits ménagers ! Liebevoll renoviertes Haus in toller Lage!

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Es wurde von den sehr netten Vermietern wirklich an alles gedacht. Die große Terrasse bietet genug Platz und der Pool, den man sich mit dem Nachbarhaus teilt, ist ausreichend groß und wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas grüner gestaltet sein. Zum Spielen sind die Kinder auf den Weg vor dem Haus ausgewichen. Vielen Dank an Jacques und Christiane!

Ferien wie Gott in Frankreich

Genauso stellt man sich einen Urlaub in Südfrankreich vor. Sehr schönes Haus aus Bruchstein in einem ehemaligen Weingut. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie beschrieben, hat sehr viel Charme und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Pool (den man sich mit dem Nachbarhaus teilt) ist ausreichend groß zum Schwimmen und auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Die Terrasse ist ein schöner Platz zum Entspannen und Essen, ein großer gemauerter Grill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist ideal zwischen Narbonne (mit z.B. der historischen Markthalle) und Gruissan mit schönen Stränden, alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Massif de la Clape liegt nur 500 m entfernt, hier kann man laufen, wandern oder mit dem Mountainbike fahren. Christiane und Jacques sind sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
