On the ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed and a solarium.
Outside: 2 terraces, a loggia and a parking lot. Possibility to connect an electric or hybrid vehicle to an external 10 amp socket.
A 2nd parking lot is located in the residence.

Très bonne location de vacances ! Très bon séjour, logement très bien équipé, propriétaire très prévenant et lieu unique. A recommander !

Beau séjour

La maison était assez grande pour 4 adultes, bien équipée. Par contre, peu de commerces ouverts à Saint-Pierre-la-mer en octobre. C’est la basse saison La plage de sable fin est immense. Nous avons passé un beau séjour chez Sébastien et Eva.
