Our villa of 90 m2, with balcony and a terrace on the front of the house, a terrace on the back and a solarium of 25 m2 on the 1st floor, is located in a very pleasant area at the bottom of Saint-Pierre- sur-Mer, only 200 m from the sea, 2 minutes from the city center as well.

With parking spaces for 2 cars in the courtyard, it has 2 toilets (one downstairs, one upstairs), a 20 m2 living room with panoramic window, a dining room with panoramic window, a kitchen equipped with everything you need (including freezer, robot Thermomix, Senseo, fryer, raclette machine ...).

With 3 bedrooms upstairs, the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
- A "parental" bedroom, with a double bed
- A "children's" room with two bunk beds
- A bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed
Upon request, free: baby cot.

The interior and exterior were completely renovated in 2019 to provide holidaymakers with an optimal living environment, with all the necessary amenities.

Finally, two options are available to you (on request):

These 2 options are not included in the rental price via Abritel and are payable locally.

Between pines and sea, the villa with its 6 beds promises you to spend a peaceful stay, overlooking the sea and the pines, in the immediate vicinity of the beach (200 m).

The city center of Saint-Pierre-sur-Mer, with its shops, cafes, various entertainment, is a 2-minute walk away. House ideally located for anyone who wants to move on foot and leave their car!

Arrival from 3 p.m .; departure before 10 a.m.

The accommodation is located 1.6 km from the Gouffre de l'Œil-Doux, in the surrounding garrigue.

Notify us if this is the case, otherwise the cleaning of the apartment will be your responsibility before your departure: the accommodation is in impeccable condition when you arrive, it must be left in the same condition upon your departure (dishes done and put away , empty and clean bins, floors, sanitary, household appliances and shower ... cleaned).
