VILLA CLIMATISEE, GARDEN, SEA VIEW 6 to 7 people; Ideal family.

House of 70 m2, 5 minutes walk from the beach, quiet .
Pleasant garden with barbecue area and views of the sea and the chain of the Catalan Pyrenees.
Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) and overlooking the sitting area. TV and dining room.
Very bright.
Air conditioning on the ground floor AND in the bedrooms.
Shower room with Italian shower,
2 bedrooms with ceiling cathedral (one with a bed in 160) and 1 attic with a bunk bed. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Private parking in front of the house. Possibility to park 2 vehicles.
Bedding with airtight protection; we also provide a disposable kit of covers, pillows, mattresses.
Disinfectant products for maintenance are provided.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant but we can put you in touch with a service provider.

Très bel maison avec grande terrasse

Nous avons passés une bonne semaine dans ce logement. La maison est très jolie et il y a tout le necessaire. La terrasse est grande et agreable avec transat, barbecue, chilienne. L'agence qui gere le logement est tres disponible, réactive et agreable !

Sehr angenehmer und schöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar in einer schönen Lage, gar nicht weit (5 min zu Fuß) vom tollen, riesigen Strand. Das Städtchen St. Pierre la Mer hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen mit den Märkten und Rummel. Die Innenräume sind nicht allzu groß dafür ist die Terrasse geräumig. Inventar topp, Klima empfiehlt sich, Bad und Dusche gut. Einen Stern Abzug wegen den doch etwas unbequemen Matratzen.
