It is ideally located close to Narbonne and the beaches, in a dead end offering tranquillity and trees. You will not be disappointed. This comfortable holiday home has a large kitchen with access to a wooden dining terrace, a living room, a dining room, and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with shower and washbasin. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. There is a swing frame for children in the garden. We allow access to the pool for the guests of a cottage. The maximum capacity is 5 people.

Beautifully positioned house with respect to access to shops, beaches and surrounding villages.The outside space was very large and well equipped with tables ,chairs and sun beds etc.There were plenty of facilities inside and whilst the cupboards in the kitchen were aged it was well equipped.I love to cook and managed well enough with what was there.

Lovely southfrance

It was a very nice area, where you have to have a car to come around. Our host were very nice and gave us an open hospitality, so absolutely a place for families with older kids or as we were, adults.

Un très beau gite entouré de verdure dans un endroit très calme, à proximité d'endroits très beaux à visiter: Narbonne,les salins de Gruissan ,l'abbaye de Fontfroide,un accueil très chaleureux ...je vous le conseille vivement.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Es stehen zwei Terrassen zur Verfügung. Je nachdem, ob Sonne oder Schatten erwünscht ist. Außerdem ein Garten und Pool. Insgesamt sehr ruhig und erholsam. Hervorragend mit Hund. Das Haus war sauber, in der Küche befindet sich alles was man braucht. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Gite at Domaine St Etienne

Jacques and Christiane are very welcoming hosts. The Gite is large and has a lovely pool. The air conditioning is really nice to have when it gets too hot. The beaches are 15 mins drive away amd Carcasonne is 45 mins. I highly recommend this place.

Une grande maison très agréable, avec de grandes chambres. Literie parfaite comme neuve, le tout dans un hameau très calme proche de la ville. Je recommande vivement ce gite. Le plus : la propriétaire vit aussi dans ce hameau et elle est très disponible si l'on a besoin de quelque chose.

Gite très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé, au calme bien que proche de toutes les facilités (ville de Narbonne et ses commerces, plages de Gruissant/Narbonne-Plage/Saint-Pierre-la-Mer, sports nautiques, autoroute rapidement accessible,...) La piscine est partagée avec un autre gîte, ce qui ne pose pas de problème car chacun est bien chez soi, l'intimité est préservée. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires, charmants.

La maison est très agréable à vivre : elle est à la fois fonctionnelle , bien équipée et confortable. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil sympathique , confiants et disponibles. La location est idéalement située, proche de la mer mais aussi de la Clape. Il n' a rien à redire sur la propreté de la location. Bref , nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et la conseillons vivement.

vacances fantastiques

Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastique dans cette location. La maison est calme, mais centrale pour les excursions et très bien aménagée.Il ne manque rien. Dans le jardin, on trouve toujours une place ombragée. A la piscine on peut bien détendre. L'acceuil par les loueurs est cordiale et serviable. Nous reviendrions immédiatement. :)

Charmant gîte climatisé et très confortable.

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en Juillet 2016. Le gîte est très agréable et spacieux, chaque chambre ayant sa douche et son WC (très pratique avec un ado de 15 ans). Très bon accueil et conseils des propriétaires. Point de départ pour excursions (Narbonne, Carcassonne, Gruissan, le massif de la clape, l' oliveraie, les vignes...) De belles découvertes. excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ; localisé entre Narbonne et Gruissan, ce gite permet d'allier la découverte de Narbonne, les baignades en mer (pour notre part, ns avons préféré nous éloigner de Gruissan-plage car trop fréquenté et aller plutôt sur Narbonne-plage ), le massif de la Clappe...bref, les activités ne manquent pas à peu de distance, ce qui permet de se reposer des fortes chaleurs tranquillement au gite ds la piscine ou sur la terrasse très agréable. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires, gite propre et conforme à la description, seul bémol inhérent au lieu : la chaleur qui parfois empêchait de dormir !
