Beautiful Chalet of 80 m2 and 50 m2 semi-covered terrace with magnificent sea views, located on the front line in a complex of 5 chalets.

Upstairs: Large living room with sofa bed (1m40), TV, open kitchen with large bay window overlooking the terrace.
Capacity 8-9 seats. equipped dishwasher, microwave, oven pyrolysis, fridge with freezing, coffee machine ....
Covered terrace 30 m2 with lounge / bar area and dining table 8 seats and 8 armchairs.
Outdoor terrace 20 m2 with its relaxation area and 4 beds of beach.
 2 bedrooms with closet, 1m40 bed, 1 bathroom with toilet and laundry area with washing machine 6 kg. Hot water tank 300 liters.

On the ground floor: 1 large bedroom with closet, 1m60 bed and convertible sofa bed for 1 sleeping.
A bathroom with shower and closet.
A separate toilet with storage area.

Wir waren mit unserer 86-jährigen Mutter im Chalet und haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Unterkunft war wunderbar – sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Ein echter Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt – freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen und absolut empfehlenswert. Wenn es nicht so weit weg wäre, würden wir sofort wiederkommen!

Quelques améliorations à prévoir

Logement très bien situé , belle vue bien agencé et bien grand avec une pièce de vie et un grand balcon.Cependant compte tenu du montant demandé pour le forfait nettoyage il conviendrait de prévoir un ménage en profondeur Les ventilateurs seraient également à changer ( rouille et couche épaisse de poussière )

Merci d’avoir pris la peine de nous faire part de vos remarques, désolée que vous n’ayez pas trouvé le ménage aussi bien que vous l’auriez souhaité. Il est vrai que pour un chalet en front de mer dans un site très venté la rouille et le sable qui vole est une lutte permanente.

Le logement est en bord de plage avec une vue mer imprenable. Très bien équipé, déco très sympa, les chambres sont de bonne taille.la literie est d'excellente qualité. La pièce à vivre est spacieuse, avec une terrasse magnifique. Cela fait 2 fois que je loue et c'est toujours aussi génial. L'e service d'accueil est au top, convivial et disponible. Super expérience. Super week-end gruissan

Le chalet est très fonctionnel et assez spacieux pour 2 familles avec enfants. Il y a tout le nécessaire de cuisine, la terrasse est grande et surtout avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Très beau chalet décoré avec goût nous y reviendrons car c'est un petit havre de paix hors saison. Tout était parfait, nous remercions les propriétaires, très sympathiques.
