About this property

Superb sea view chalet, facing south, Beach access at the foot of the chalet

The chalet is 80 m2 on two levels, it is located on the second line, sea view.

Beautiful sea view from inside the chalet (living room, kitchen, master bedroom) and from the south-facing terrace or a large garden table will allow you to take your meals. Access to the beach is in front of the chalet. A photo is taken from the beach and shows you the distance between the chalet and the beach. We provide you with bikes, ball games, badminton, ball, various board games etc.
The chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults on sunny days. In winter we recommend 6 adults maximum for everyone's comfort.
The services are of quality:
- A dining area with a table that can seat up to 8 people.
- A very well equipped American kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave ...)
- A lounge area with sofa, armchairs and large screen TV.
- Internet access, WIFI
- 4 bedrooms: 1 with a 160 cm bed with a flat screen TV, 3 with a 140 cm bed. Baby cot available on request.
- 2 bathrooms with shower and WC.
- 1 south-facing terrace sheltered from the prevailing wind with: a dining area (table that can seat up to 8 people), a garden furniture area with two armchairs and a base table, two deckchairs and a barbecue.
A security barrier at the level of the staircase for small children.
- 1 closed storage room to accommodate bikes, boards ect ...

- Cleaning is your responsibility at the end of the stay. If you do not want to do the cleaning at the time of your departure, we can take care of it for you, It must then let us know, on your arrival at the latest, so that we can organize ourselves. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief stets unkompliziert. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Le chalet correspond exactement à l'impression que donne les photos. Il est très confortable, très bien aménagé. Il est super bien positionné,avec la cerise sur le gâteau,une très belle terrasse face à la Mer. De plus les baies coulissantes du salon créent une terrasse intérieure, Super. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Amazing location

Had a great two weeks at the property. So close to the beautiful beach of Gruissan Plage, made early morning walks and swims easy. Local shops have everything you need. Will definitely return.

Chalet très proche de la plage

L'emplacement de ce chalet est juste parfait. En effet, il est tout à fait aisé de se rendre rapidement à la mer et les commerces ne sont qu'à 3 minutes à pied. Il dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un très agréable séjour. Laurence a su nous informer et nous aider de manière très serviable tout au long de notre séjour et nous la remercions vivement.

Tolle Ferien trotz Unwetter

Die Lage ist super, nah am Strand und von der Terrasse aus hat man Meersicht. Wir waren im Oktober da und es gab leider heftige Unwetter. Die Vermieter haben uns angeboten, die Ferien kostenlos um 2 Tage zu verlängern. Das Haus war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Zu empfehlen sind die Wanderungen in den Hügeln la Clape. Sehr wild und schöne Aussicht aufs Meer und die Etangs. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sachez que nous avons été tous très contents de notre séjour, et avons passé un bon réveillon. Nous étions 6 adultes, mais avions réservé pour 8 pour avoir 4 chambres. Nous avons trouvé le chalet très soigné et bien situé à quelques pas de la mer. Le soleil était présent, et malgré un peu de vent, nous avons pu effectuer des randonnées en bordure de mer et dans le massif de la Clape. Si l’occasion se présente à nouveau, nous serons heureux de demander sa location.

Idéalement placé, très confortable, très bien équipé, sans vis à vis ce chalet est parfait!

Nous avons passé 15 jours à 8 personnes dans un confort total. Les salles d'eau sont spacieuses. La décoration est de très bon goût. L'équipement est complet et l'électroménager est très récent. Les rangements sont largement suffisants. Proche des commerces ( croissants à pieds) et les pieds dans l'eau! Quel bonheur de prendre son petit déjeuner, au calme en terrasse en regardant la mer et pour les plus matinaux, le lever de soleil depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine!

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce chalet très spacieux et décoré avec un gout exquis (digne de revues de décoration ) ; le confort est excellent , les literies neuves sont extrêmement confortables ; nous sommes arrivés dans une maison très propre et soignée dans laquelle il fût aisé de se sentir comme chez soi. Il faut souligner le calme alentour ce chalet n'étant pas sur la route principale , les nuits sont calmes et reposantes . La mer est visible de presque toutes les pièces , il est très agréable de faire la vaisselle en regardant les flots (même si il y a un lave vaisselle !!). Nous louerons de nouveau et très vite ce chalet sans aucun doute.

Sehr schöne Ausstattung. Lage mit Meerblick, Strand praktisch vor der Haustür.

Ein tolles Haus mit sehr guter und liebevoller Ausstattung. Lage in einer Siedlung, die wohl vorwiegend auch von Einheimischen als Wochenendhaus genutzt wird. Interessante Pfahlbauten, die nichts mit den üblichen für Touristen errichteten Feriensiedlungen zu tun hat. Dieser Charme hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
