Un excellent séjour

Le chalet est situé prés de la plage et des restaurants. Le plus, un super jacuzzi, très agréable pour finir la journée. Le chalet est très bien agencé et équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon moment entres filles. Je le recommande vivement.

L’arrivée dans le chalet a été malheureusement assez compliqué : arrivée avec des travaux de débouchage de canalisation en cours, draps et serviettes non laissés à disposition (alors qu’option payée) puis, à l’issue, non suffisants. Le matériel du chalet n’etait également pas suffisant : papier WC, sacs poubelles, etc etc. Dommage ! Toutefois, lieu et chalet très agréables pour un séjour à Gruissan 😊

Chalet confortable et très bien placé.

Séjour à 6 en famille quelques jours à Noël. Le chalet est confortable, bien chauffé, et très bien placé avec vue dégagée et à deux pas de la plage. le séjour aurait sans doute été un peu petit pour plus de 6 ou 7 personnes (car c'est l'hiver et on reste plus en intérieur) mais à 6, c'est très bien. Formalités d'arrivée et départ très claires et simples. Propriétaire très réactive et disponible pour toute question.

Chalet vue mer ....

Jacuzzi inutile pour nous, bruyant à côté d'une chambre et en plus dans une pièce où le vent et bien sûr le sable peut passer ..... On peut profiter de la mer ..... Par ailleurs nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait dans le chalet. Les couchages sont très confortables. Belle vue sur la mer. Merci !

Vacances de la Toussaint a la plage des chalets a Gruissan

Nous avons passe 2 semaines au chalet pour les vacances de la Toussaint. Le chalet est tres bien equipe et agreable a vivre. Nous avons meme pu profiter du Jacuzzi au mois d'octobre ! La vue sur la mer et la proximite de la mise a l'eau pour les activites aquatiques est un vrai plus ! Claire est une hote atttentive au bien-etre de ses locataires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Zum abreisen viel zu schade!

Die Woche in der Nebensaison war fantastisch! Ruhig aber nicht einsam. Wir hatten Sonnenschein und es war warm, so konnten wir die Terrasse mit Meerblick ausgiebig nutzen, oder ein paar Schritte bis zum Meer gehen. Surfen war auch eine Option! Zu dritt haben wir nur die Obere Etage genutzt, die uns völlig ausreichte. Die Küche war super, alles drin, großer Kühlschrank mit extra Gefrierschrank, der Herd war besser als meiner ;-) Steakmesser, ausreichend Teller, Gläser...... Neuer Weber Grill..... Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, in dem geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Häuschen! à bientôt Anja, Michael & Paul Neumann

Location très bien située et charmante

Un accueil très chaleureux, un chalet magnifique ou nous avons passés un superbe week-end en familles . Très spacieux, joliment décorées, lits confortables, et nous avons appréciés le jacuzzi pour un moment de détente. Nettes Ferienhaus

Geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Zimmern auf zwei Ebenen, die nur über die Außentreppe miteinander verbunden sind. Hochwertige Küche mit allem Komfort. Whirlpool befindet sich unten im Vorraum des weiteren Zimmers, wurde aber nicht genutzt. Großes Badezimmer unten. Kleines Badezimmer und separate Toilette oben. Die Betten waren mit 140cm recht schmal. Terrasse leider mit Ausblick auf den Parkplatz für Strandbesucher, den Campingplatz und und den kleinen Vergnügungspark nebenan. Das Ferienhaus ist schön ausgestattet und ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig, allerdings sollte die Lage am Parkplatz in der Beschreibung meiner Meinung nach erwähnt werden.

Beautyfull Chalet close to the beach

Very beautyfull, very clean and well equipped cottage within walking distance (3 minutes) from the beach. We spend a lovely week there and found everything we need (however towels and bed linnen must be ordered separately and are charged on top of the rent). Air condition in the living room and the Jacuzzi in the ground floor were great additions. Very nice terasse, equipped for dining al fresco. Only disappointment was the view from the terasse on a parking place and a trailer park (and the sea behind the trailer park, which was nice). All in all very lovely cottage and very nice hostess. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Une semaine relax dans un très beau chalet

Merci à Claire de nous avoir reçu chaleureusement. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos enfants et petits enfants dans un endroit idéal, confortable dans beaucoup de calme . Le chalet était parfait pour tous nos besoins et le jacuzzi était un bonus . Nous n’hésiterons pas à recommender ce chalet à notre famille et aussi à nos amis.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Meerblick. Die Einrichtung ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Gruissan Plage. Das Haus ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Töpfe! Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Das WC ist separat. Die Kleidung kann man auch gut verstauen. Im Bad bekommt man seine Utensilien auch sehr gut unter. Das kleine neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Appartment im umteren Bereich war perfekt für unsere große Tochter und ihren Freund. Der Whirlpool ist neu und klasse zum Entspannen. Das Auto kann man vor dem Jaus parken. Um die Ecke gibt es 2 Bäcker, ein Metzger, ein Gemüse und Obstladen sowie ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Auch gute Restaurants sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Im nahegelegenen Gruissan gibt es größere Lebensmittelläden. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Städte Carcasonne, Perpignon, Bezier und Montpelier anzuschauen. Für Surfer ist das Haus auch ideal, da man Board und Segel aufgebaut gut neben dem Whirlpool lagern kann. In 3 min ist man am Strand. Der Strand ist auch für kleine Kinder gut geeignet, da er flach abfallend ist. Am Strand befindet sich auch ein gutes Restaurant und ein Surfcenter. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Beau chalet avec une superbe vue

Beau chalet décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très fonctionnel. Le Spa est un plus très appréciable. Le chalet est à proximité de toutes les commodités plage, commerces et village. Il donc possible de faire beaucoup de choses à pied ou en vélo. Et les propriétaires sont très accueillants soucieux du bien être des locataires. A refaire sans hésiter

Aardig huis, dicht bij het strand

Aardig chaletje, dichtbij de zee. Uitzicht over parkeerplaats. Inrichting redelijk goed. Onze aankomst was goed afgesproken, maar werd later door eigenaresse veranderd, die we vervolgens moesten bellen voor de code van het sleutelkastje, maar de eigenaresse was haar telefoon kwijt, waardoor we uiteindelijk uren moesten wachten. De jacuzzi hebben we niet gebruikt, deze staat in een wat ongezellige benedenruimte die ook nogal muf ruikt. Huis wordt aangeboden voor veel personen, maar met vier lijkt het ons wel vol genoeg.

BELLES PRESTATIONS

Nous avons passés un super week-end filles dans ce beau chalet fonctionnel, très agréable et pratique ! Bien situé face à la mer (peut-être à la vue des gens tout de même, en période estivale...) Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour ! Le top avec le jacuzzi appréciable lors des jours de pluie comme nous avons pu le vivre ! Petit bémol tout de même sur le tarif du week-end différent de celui annoncé au départ et la caution encaissée ... il faut pouvoir y pallier...

Très reposant chalet au top, la décoration est superbe, lumineux cuisine très fonctionnel est très bien équipé. Chalet tres bien entretenue, ménage nickel. Une vus juste magnifique sur la mer . Des vacances idéale en famille est même en hiver grâce aux Jacuzzi, qu'il pleuvent ou autres c'est une activité agréable détente assurer! Et bien sur propriétaire très sympathiques !
