The house itself was excellent and as described - spacious, well-furnished, comfortable, clean and (very important as we were there during a heatwave) cool, with good air conditioning. We made good use of, and very much enjoyed, the outdoor seating areas, the pool and the petanque court. Our one disappointment was that the wider grounds of the estate did not match the photographs provided. The lake especially was hard to find, overgrown and much less attractive than the photographs promised. It was suggested to us that some of those photos are quite old. We had some problems accessing the property during our stay when the electricity supply to the electronic gates failed on a number of occasions. We were able to use the alternative entrance, but this did result in some inconvenience. We did not meet our host Olivier, as he was away during our stay. However, Jean (spelling?) and Cynthia were welcoming and friendly, and responded promptly to any queries.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit viel Umschwung und Privatsphäre. Sehr schöne und grosse Zimmer mit eigener Nasszelle. Der Wohnraum ist gemütlich, bei einer Vollbelegung vielleicht etwas klein. Sitzplatzmöglichkein im Garten und beim schönen Pool sind genügend vorhanden und sehr stimmig. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man rasch im Zentrum von Narbonne mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderbar

Es hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, der auch bei kleinen Problemen sofort verfügbar war. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool perfekt gewartet, dieser könnte allerdings etwas tiefer sein, zum Abkühlen jedoch perfekt geeignet. Die Möglichkeit in Garten zu angeln und Kajak zu fahren ist mehr als außergewöhnlich und auch der See sehr schön. Mit den vor Ort verfügbaren Fahrrädern kann man rasch über Radwege ins Zentrum von Narbonne fahren. Alle Geschäfte durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung innerhalb von 15 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch die Strände gut mit Auto oder über durchgehende Radwege erreichbar. Alles in allem perfekt! Gerne wieder!
