About this property

It is 3 miles from the Square and 3 miles from the University. Property is located off of Anchorage Road. There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen sized bed. There are two full baths and a laundry room. Parking is at the back of the house. Neighbors are quiet. Many that live in the neighborhood are families. Linens and towels will be provided. Feel free to bring a blow up mattress. If you have any questions, ask.

Our BEST EVER stay at a VRBO!

The property was adorable, extremely clean, and had very comfortable beds as well as it’s in a wonderful location within 2-3 miles of campus and dining/shopping. The owner is excellent at communicating and was so friendly and welcoming. She went so far beyond what I would consider normal excellent VRBO ownership with her forethought of what travelers could possibly need and we truly felt like invited guests in a friend’s home. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and 100% recommend it!

Can’t wait to come back!

Rachel was so accommodating & we loved staying here! The house was clean & in a great location! She was so easy to communicate with, and went out of her way to make sure our trip was nothing less than perfect! We will be staying here every time we visit the Grove, that’s for sure!

Perfect for family weekend

Rachel’s home was perfect for our family weekend stay. It’s located in a quiet, residential area but with easy access to the Square. She is a great host - responded quickly to questions and followed up to make sure all was good. And she stocked the kitchen with coffee and other small but appreciated touches. Recommend!
