SUPERB APARTMENT NEAR THE SEA
Superb studio duplex loft type in a Catalan farmhouse completely renovated.
Large room upstairs with double bed and open bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two additional people.
We are in a preserved natural environment, 800 m from the beaches of the tech jar and the Mas Larieux nature reserve. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 25 m2 facing south and sheltered from the tramontane. Large garden (nearly 5000 m2) to share with other users with two and four legs!
We have a second apartment adjoining this one with possibility to book both (up to 10 people in all)
We are welcome in the middle of the fields (Saint Cyprien, Canet beach, Argeles ..) We are at walking distance of some of the only natural beaches of the area ("jar of the tech", "nature reserve of the mas Larieux") that will allow you, if you feel like, to avoid the crowds of the more touristics places. We know the area and we will be happy to welcome you to our beautifull region!
