Adjacent to a greek revival stone farmhouse, the guesthouse sits on six acres of land with its private access. Located seven minutes away of downtown Ann Arbor and close to grocery stores and local coffee shops. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bonus room where you can store your luggage during your stay. The house is a little retreat where you'll feel rested.

I am Franco-American was born and raised in Paris. I have studied in Paris and worked there for a long time. I moved to Michigan 20 years ago and went back to school. I now work for the University of Michigan and enjoy leaving in Ann Arbor which offers a lot. I find the location of the house perfect which offers a great deal of serenity and at the same time being to the proximity to all you need (Grocery stores, coffee shops, farmers market, train station, 25 minutes ride from DTW airport).
What makes this property unique
We have a kitchen garden on the property and there is nothing more joyful to pick anything we can grow and eat it right on the spot!
