Gîte "Le Sablon" - Charm of the old and indoor Jacuzzi

20 minutes from Reims, 45minutes from Epernay, 1 hour from Disneyland Paris and 1:30 from Paris.

Between vineyards and fields, the small village of Unchair in the Marne is located close to many tourist sites such as the vineyard and its champagne houses, the cathedral of Reims, its Christmas market, the Gueux racetrack, etc...

Commune of the appellation of origin CHAMPAGNE, come and discover its church classified as a historical monument, its wash-house and the many walking paths starting from the village.

And take advantage of your stay to visit John, a market gardener living just a stone's throw from the Gîte! He offers seasonal fruits and vegetables, grown in the village and in sustainable agriculture! He is open every Wednesday.

GÎTE DE FRANCE 3 EPIS since July 2019

The gîte "Le Sablon" welcomes you all year round. With a capacity of 2 to 4 people, the gîte offers the charm of the old (exposed beams, stone walls, real wooden floor, atypical layout), with the comfort of renovation (work carried out in early 2019, new furniture and quality services).

For your comfort, you will find basic ingredients on your arrival (Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil, sponges, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, etc.).

New equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, induction hob, hood, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker and coffee machine NESCAFE Dolce Gusto, toaster, raclette machine. Numerous kitchen utensils.

Lounge/living room, television. Board games and wooden games for children.

Shower room with double basin, towel dryer, hair dryer, washing machine. Separate WC.

Ironing board and iron. Fans.

The gîte has 2 bedrooms; "Bedroom 1" with a double bed and "Bedroom 2" (of 30m²) with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. New bedding, duvets and anti-mite pillows. All beds have anti-dust mite mattress toppers for extra comfort.
(For 1 or 2 tenants we provide "room 1", for 3 tenants we provide "room 2" and from 4 tenants the 2 rooms will be available).

Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.

Wifi free of charge.

You will be able to take advantage of the common areas: A courtyard with garden furniture and parasol, a grassy garden surrounded by vines with deckchairs and children's games as well as a covered terrace to eat on cool evenings. A plancha is at your disposal.

A space is dedicated to sports with bicycle, elliptical, stepper, dumbbells etc... Free space forbidden to children under 16 years old.

We put at your disposal an indoor relaxation area equipped with a private Jacuzzi (balneotherapy aromatherapy light therapy) for those who like to relax. At your disposal for one session per day between 10:00am and 19:30pm. Free space forbidden to children under 12 years old.

Finally, you will be able to rub shoulders with our adorable ponies and rabbits who live on the property depending on the period.

Other remarks

Baby kit available free of charge (cot with sheet, changing mattress, bathtub and high chair).

We organize events according to the season: Introduction to the grape harvest, Christmas tree and decorations, roses and bottle of champagne on Valentine's Day, egg hunt at Easter, etc... Do not hesitate to contact us to let us know your wishes according to the season and your dates of stay!

For those who are interested, we can organize visits on the theme of champagne (vineyard, cooperative, cellar, tasting, etc ...).

Fresh bottles available on site (extra charge).

Stairs are available. Animals not allowed. Maximum capacity of the gîte: 4 people (Additional travellers not allowed).

The gîte is not suitable for festive groups in order to respect the tranquillity of the place, we wish to avoid noisy evenings.

This lodging is independent and autonomous; we live next door and are at your disposal if necessary.
