Rent air-conditioned house of 49m² renovated with a garden of 80m² in a residence with swimming pool in Villeneuve Loubet between Nice and Cannes. 15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the village of Villeneuve Loubet where there is all trade (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, restaurants ...).
The house consists of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, toaster, citrus press and Nespresso machine), a convertible sofa for 2 people, a coffee table, a dining table and a 4K TV.
Also on the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds each, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC and a washing machine.
Upstairs a cozy bedroom with window and velux window, a 160cm bed and a large closet. There is also a television.
The garden is composed of a terrace part with table + dining chairs sheltered by a awning and a false lawn part with a garden furniture part. A barbecue is available.
The residence's swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. - opening with badge
Possibility of having a parking space.
