Lovely holiday

The apartment is very nice and well located, within walking distance to Cala Galdana, Mitjana and Macarella. Lots of restaurants and markets near by. Jacquelin was always replying within minutes.

Hemos estado muy bien, es cómodo, el lavabo nuevo, la cocina más antigua pero funcional. Las habitaciones amplias. Tiene barbacoa en la terracita y eso nos ha sido muy útil. Es verdad que hay escaleras pero no nos ha resultado un inconveniente, aunque entiendo que si hay personas con movilidad reducida les resulte un inconveniente. La zona es muy tranquila. No nos ha importado que no esté a pie de playa porque la idea era visitar las calas de Menorca, no quedarnos todos los dias en Cala Galdana.

Logement conforme à l’annonce, bien situé , très pratique et au calme ; des escaliers pour y accéder. Légère odeur d’égouts facilement remédiable en bouchant l’évacuation de la douche. Très bonne communication avec Jaquelin. Merci pour tout.

La cercanía a la playa Galdana es relativa... Muchas escaleras hasta la calle Serpentona y después una pendiente muy larga. No es apto para personas con discapacidad.

Bon séjour

L'appartement est plutôt bien, il est grand et bien aménagé. La communication avec le propriétaire se déroule par WhatsApp. Petits points négatifs non précisés dans l'annonce : pas de parking privé il faut se garer dans la rue et celle ci est souvent pleine, il y a de nombreuses marches a descendre pour accéder au logement et la plage n'est pas loin mais le retour est plus compliqué car il faut monter une pente pendant au moins 20 minutes. Nous n'avions pas accès à internet.

Nos hemos sentido muy acogidos, ya que llegamos antes de la hora de entrada y nos dejaron dejar las maletas para poder ir a hacer la comprar para nuestra estancia de vacaciones. La comunicación con la dueña muy buena ya que podia ser via mail y contestaba al momento o sino con su num de contacto wattsapp. Hemos estado muy bien en el apartamento, es pequeño pero perfecto.

Buen apartamento en Cala Galdana

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y es espacioso y confortable pero hay que destaca que está a unos 800 metros de la playa de Cala Galdana bajando una cuesta potente, que luego hay que subir y en el anuncio pone que esta a 0,1 km de esta playa y además está el tema de la cuesta. Por otro lado hay que comentar en el anuncio que no es accesible para personas con discapacidad porque hay mucha escalera para acceder a el y en el anuncio que hay aparcamiento pero NO hay y la calle suele estar muy ocupada. Por lo demás, es un apartamento cómodo limpio y bien equipado de electrodomésticos y aire acondicionado .

Cómodo y fresquito

El apartamento es muy cómodo y fresquito. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido fácil y ágil. La única pega que le pongo es que hay muchas escaleras para acceder. No es un buen sitio para personas con problemas de movilidad. Para nosotros como familia ha sido genial. Aparacamos el primer dia y no necesitamos mover el coche, a la playa y al super ibamos andando.

Apartamento muy limpio y acogedor. En zona tranquila. Estabamos como en casa. Destaco tambien la comunicación con la amfitriona, excelente persona. Una gran acogida y hemos tenido a Nuestra disposición todo lo que hemos necesitado y mucho mas. Gracias por hacernos passar unas vacaciones inoblidables. Gestion catastrophique et propriétaire aux abonnés absent

Je vous déconseille cette location et plus généralement cette propriétaire (voire gestionnaire car je ne pense pas qu'un propriétaire soit aussi détaché et abonné absent). Nous n'avons jamais vu propriétaire gestion en mode industriel, appartement desert même pas le minumum pour une arrivée (papier toilette, huile,sel...) nous n'avons jamais eu ça en plus de 10 de location de vacances. Le lendemain de l'arrivée on est réveillé par des travaux à 8h du matin, la propriétaire s'en lave les mains, ce n'est pas chez elle donc ce n'est pas son problème. Sans parler du problème de mélange d'eau chaude et d'eau froide dont d'autres locataires en avait parlé la proprio m'avait bien confirmé que c'était réglé, rien du tout. En un mot si vous souhaitez passer des vacances paisibles et reposantes... fuyez!!

wonderful place

appartement très propre et moderne, salle de bain toute neuve,très bien équipé, à proximité de tout et à 5/7 minutes à pied de la plage. un bémol, l eau chaud vient d un réservoir solaire et pas moyen de mitiger (chaud froid) l eau de la douche et évier cuisine. manque le wifi pour les ados. le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli.je recommande vivement.

Everything we wanted

Well situated in a quiet area but close to shops, restaurants and the wonderful beach at Cala Galdana. The apartment was very clean and we'll equipped. Jacquelin was a very good host. She left us to enjoy our holiday but was always only a phone call away. My only word of caution is that the apartment is down a number of steps which might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. I would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to our next visit.

Un apartamento estupendo en un entorno maravilloso

El apartamento estupendo con todo lo necesario, los propietarios encantadores, dispuestos a facilitar y enriquecer tu estancia. Cala Galdana es preciosa, con dos grandes playas y todo tipo de servicios, y desde esa cala hay senderos para ir a otras calas naturales espectaculares. Ideal tanto para ir con niños, como para ir con pareja, como para estar solo y disfrutar de la naturaleza y el sol.

casita en Cala Galdana

Hemos estado alojados en esta casa 8 dias en el mes de julio de 2015, la casa es muy acogedora, limpia, los muebles son nuevos y el aire acondicionado hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Los propietarios son un encanto, muy atentos a las necesidades que puedas tener, que solucionan muy rapidamente. la situación muy cerca de la playa (5 minutos andando) y a la vez muy tranquilo por las noches. un saludo Felipe y familia.
