Tall Pines Resort is a luxurious 2 Bedroom 3 bath with an additional sleeping loft.

This cabin has 1,627 square feet of beautiful cabin living space to entertain your family and friends.

Equipped with 2 King Suites downstairs, at Tall Pines Resort you'll have plenty of privacy and room to spread out. The Walk-in tile shower in the Master Suite will delight your senses. The second King Suite has a Shower/Tub combo which opens to the hallway for additional access.

Additional sleeping arrangements include 2 sets of bunk beds in the spacious loft. There is a full bath for the upstairs guests as well.

Tall Pines Resort has a fully equipped kitchen with exquisite granite countertops and rich, dark cabinetry. The island bar is perfect for entertaining or simply keeping the Master Chef company while they prepare your delicious meals!

Tall Pines Resort has a very open floor plan so it's perfect for family gatherings while cooking, watching your favorite programs on the flat screen by the fire or eating at the unique dining table.

On the back patio you'll find a cozy hot tub overlooking the babbling brook (sometimes it dries up in the summer). The small wet weather stream is very inviting to the local families of deer who frequent for a nice refreshing drink. Chill out and rock away the evening while watching the wildlife mozy by in the custom rocking chairs. Fire up the gas grill and create the perfect steak dinner after a long day on the lake.

The kids will love the outdoor playfort. Roast marshmallows and tell your campfire tales around the fire pit. If it's raining, just move onto the front porch and gather 'round the outdoor wood burning fireplace. The covered fireplace area also includes a dining area.

Tall Pines Resort is family friendly cabin perfect for a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cabin is perfect for two families to share with each having their privacy.

Quick Trip with Kids

We enjoyed this cabin - for 2 quick nights. Cabin is as described. Items to note: bring your own firewood, none on property. It can be delivered but is pricey. The road is in in BAD shape - pot holes everywhere -- so could be hazardous if driving in in the dark. (as it was hazardous in the daylight). Enjoy hot tub, fire pit, games and indoor and outdoor sitting area. Fantastic area for a night sky viewing. Traffic in and out of area was super busy - so allow for extra time to get places. For owners: A few more kitchen towels would be great -- I think we only had 1 large kitchen towel.

Winter Wonderland

The cabin has a great layout with two masters and a loft. I love the copper roof, the outdoor fireplace, and it was so festive with a Christmas tree! We went horseback riding, took the train, and hiked.

Report Card

When you’re with group of retired teachers there will always be a report card. This property itself received all A’s. A beautiful home with all the amenities needed for a wonderful girls weekend. Comfortable sleeping accommodations, cozy living area & great front porch with a fireplace to enjoy our morning coffee. The only downside, in our opinion, was the condition of the roads in the neighborhood. We arrived after dark & had a few bone jarring moments because we couldn’t see the conditions. But once aware when we left the property we drove slowly. This property will be one we return to for our next visit to Hochatown.

Tall Pines

Our stay was awesome. The cabin was just as pictures described. This was first time that I have stayed any where & didn't feel like I had to clean before I touched anything. Very comfy & cozy cabin. Felt like home. If I had to say anything negative it would be about the roads going into the cabin areas. Very rough. But plenty baby deer everywhere!! Enjoyed our stay!
