The cabin was nice and very comfortable, fully equipped and clean. Only suggestions is to replace TVs with larger screens. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.
If you're going for fireworks, the casino right behind it has some that's visible through the trees. The cabin itself is basic, with 1 small tv in the livingroom & 1 small tv in an upstairs room. If you consider yourself tall, maybe book elsewhere simply because of the showers. Upstairs gets freezing while downstairs doesn't. The driveway is big enough for 2 trucks, a 20ft pontoon, & a 16ft trailer.

We're truly sorry to hear that your recent stay didn't meet your expectations and that you encountered several issues, including concerns about the number of TVs, the shower size, and the air conditioning. We understand how frustrating it can be when accommodations don't live up to what you hoped for, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort or inconvenience these issues caused. We genuinely wish we had known about these concerns during your stay. Our team is always on-site and ready to address any problems immediately to ensure our guests are comfortable. For example, if we had been aware of an A/C issue, we could have dispatched maintenance right away to get it resolved.
We hope you might consider staying with us again in the future, giving us another opportunity to provide you with a much more enjoyable experience.
We enjoyed our family outing to Hochatown. The location and property were great. Very close to park and the lake. Garden of Eden was spacious, clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for eating in. We made s’mores and enjoyed playing outside. Neighborhood was quiet.
Comfortable, Nice, Clean.
everything is very good except......
the only thing i might suggest
get a big TV the one in there is too small
Thanks

Spring Break Family Vacation
Great property. The TV was small for the size of the home. I was not pleased that the WIFI code was posted, however, there was no modem to be found. The maintenance guy came and found the empty box for the modem in the locked closet. Did not hear back after being told all floaters were loaned out.

Think Twice About This Property Rental Company...........
We wanted a nice little Christmas getaway with our family and 4 kids and that wasn't the way it turned out. When we arrived, there were maintenance people working on the Christmas tree. Seems the lights burned on the tree. The kids of course were bummed out about it, but they promised to be back the next day with light, but never showed. The cabin floors were terrible. We had to sweep them right away. They looked as if they hadn't been mopped after the last party left, but we weren't able to do that because they don't leave any cleaners whatsoever. The hot tub takes over a day to heat up so we weren't able to use that until the next night, which by the way, bleach all of our swim suits. The internet didn't work. Even though you can get hooked on to it, it said it had reach full capacity. There were also nails sticking up out of the boards in the stairway going up stairs that the kids stepped on with their bare feet. When you read they're manual, it will tell you if things don't work, they aren't responsible, so there was no point in calling their office about any of this, which when we got back , that's pretty much the answer we got. So beware of this property rental company.

The Garden of Eden - Family Spring Break 2022
The Garden of Eden is a precious house. It is a great location; close to everything!
Nice quiet neighborhood! The only thing that disappointed us was the huge playground that was in all pictures on listing does not exist any longer. It was a huge attraction for me as I had a 3 yo grandson with us. Also, the shuffle board had no powder for the table; therefore, we were not able to play on it either.
We enjoyed everything about this cabin. It was in a great location close to town and the lake. The kids loved the play set and riding their bikes through the neighborhood. We will definitely be back in the future.
This was the best cabin and VRBO property we have ever stayed in! It was SO clean, I could even smell a whiff of bleach when we got there (in a good way, just gives you peace of mind!). The cabin was very tidy, had all the essentials and then some, with attention to the little details that add up to equal a phenomenal stay. Thank you for keeping your cabin so well organized. The cleaning crew does a great job, and I loved that the kitchen utensils were so neatly arranged. This place had all the comforts of home plus additional amenities like the hot tub, solid wooden chairs around the wrap-around porch, nice fire pit with seating and picnic tables. Our kiddos loved the play set and had a ball. The location was ideal as well. We look forward to a return trip in the future!
Plenty of space, pet friendly, all the necessities for a comfortable stay.
Not as isolated as we were use to or would have preferred and handful of roaches throughout our stay made cooking a little uneasy.
