Great property, rude agent

I stayed here with my family while we were in Nice for getaway. The property itself is lovely. We had a few hiccups with the agent who managed the rental which is the reason for the lower rating. The agent told us we could check-in anytime 3-7pm and when we were arriving around 5/5:30pm we got several messages from the agent while we were on our way repeatedly asking us to arrive faster so she could be out of the city by 6pm. When we arrived, she rushed through check-in without giving time for us to properly ask questions or getting to a resolution on the wifi which wasn't working. The wifi ended up being a problem the entirety of our stay, and the agent was not able to take the time to help us properly fix it. The listing said there were 4 bathrooms, but when we arrived there were only 2 (one of which is a split bathroom, toilet in one room, shower and sink in another). (It is now corrected on the site after I pointed it out, but I got a rude response from the agent when I did, not even apologizing for the error. It was extremely uncomfortable for a family of 7 to share two bathrooms for a week. I hope that the owner can find a different manager for this property as it is a wonderful gem in Nice and deserves better management so that future guests can fully enjoy their stay.
