Another Great Winter in FL!

We've stayed at Delray Racquet Club previously and love the property! The pools and hot tub are great and well maintained!!! Our host was wonderful and very quick to answer any questions that arose during our stay! We would definitely love to stay at this condo again in the future!!!

Excellent condo with beautiful furnishings!

We had a wonderful stay at Giula's condo. Beautifully decorated, great beds, fabulous swimming pool, walking distance to Whole Foods, less than a mile to the beach. Great kitchen, pots, coffee maker, and juicer if you like to cook! Highly recommend! Giula is lovely and easy to reach! We had a wonderful stay!

Couldn't stay at this property

It gives me no pleasure to give this property a poor review. While the pictures of the condo were accurate, the building is very old, has an odor in the elevator and the door to the trash on the first floor was open and blocking the key boxes which made it difficult to find the condo keys. The entry door to the condo has a key pad and traditional lock w key. The key pad jammed as did the key lock and I had difficulty opening the front door and when I was finally able to enter (the neighbor tried to assist as well), I was locked in the apartment and had to call the owner. The owner was highly responsive and helped with my finding the key initially and came promptly when I was locked in the apartment. She reset the key pad and was able to get in. At this point I felt unsafe staying at this condo given the difficulty opening the front door and being locked in. I did not receive a refund from the owner as she felt it was my issue dealing with the locking system. My view is that entering and leaving the condo should be easily done and all -including a child should have no difficulty.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the concerns regarding the door lock and appreciate the opportunity to provide some clarification. Upon being informed of the issue, I promptly arrived and was able to open the door using the regular key without any difficulties. In an effort to ensure everything was in proper working order, I had the lock inspected by a handyman despite it being New Year’s day. The handyman found no issues with the lock. However, as a precaution, the lock was serviced, including lubrication and maintenance. Additionally, I took steps to offer further reassurance by suggesting that a locksmith could inspect the lock and replace it, if necessary, at the tenant’s convenience. However, the tenant declined this offer and decided not to proceed with occupancy. I always strive to address any concerns promptly and effectively, and I remain committed to providing a positive experience for all tenants. Thank you again for your feedback.

Good condo in a good spot

This condo has a layout that’s a little unconventional, but works well. You enter via a “landing” that hosts a powder room and laundry room. Then stairs lead down a half-floor to the main living area, which includes kitchen, dining area, living area, and porch. Adjacent on this level is the bedroom and full bath. The pictures with the listing didn’t make the layout clear to me. The condo is in the Delray Tennis Club, which provides 24 tennis courts, 3 heated pools, and a nice gym. It’s is an easy walk to a Home Depot, Target, and Whole Foods, plus a plethora of smaller shops.

Newly renovated, apartment in great condition.... everything as advertised.

The property is well-kept, nice pool, and the apartment is newly renovated. Close to shopping, including a new Whole Foods. The owner , Giulia , was accessible, and always helpful and responsive. What a pleasure!
