Beautiful air-conditioned apartment for 4 people in a residential hamlet with all comforts. With its panoramic view of the Gulf of Sagone and its maquis you will find all the calm necessary for a pleasant holiday and children will be able to safely enjoy the spaces of the hamlet.

A 5-minute walk away is the Colette cove and 2km the beach of Cyrnos where you can enjoy with family or friends.(secure range)
The shops are 300 meters from the hamlet. (Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and press / lottery)

This upscale apartment completely renovated in 2015 has:
- a large bedroom on the mezzanine with a 180x190 double bed (or 2 X 90x190), sink area and dressing room.
- a bedroom on the ground floor with a 140X190 double bed, dressing room and ceiling fan.
- a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower, heated towel rail, washing machine and dryer. (Separate WC)
- a bright living room with equipped American kitchen (hob, extractor, kettle, NESPRESSO machine, citrus press, dishwasher), 140cm wide HD screen television, convertible sofa with 140X190 mattress, a lifting coffee table for 6 people.

Un séjour parfait

Très bon accueil de l’agence qui se rend disponible. Un propriétaire sympathique et soucieux de notre confort. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est propre, agréable et décoré avec goût. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, tous les accessoires utiles sont sur place (sel, poivre, ustensiles cuisine,..) C’est très appréciable. La vue est splendide! Nous sommes proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Magnifique appartement, parfaitement agencé et propre avec une vue superbe. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables. La climatisation et le ventilateur sont le petit plus très appréciable. Super séjour a Sagone

Appartement trés agréable avec magnifique vue sur la baie. Trés commode avec la clim y les ventilateurs quand il faisait trés chaud cet été! Plein d'espace pour mettre les choses en haut, sur la mezzanine, et c'est trés agréable quand la propiété laisse le sel, le poivre, café, etc. Merci bcp!
