Brilliant break

We had a great holiday in Antibes. Yves is a very helpful, informative, kind host. The house and the pool are first class. Recommended!

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable, nous avons aimé le bon accueil de Yves, très sympa et tjrs serviable. La maison est spacieuse avec une grande cuisine bien équipée et deux salles d’eau, le stationnement de la voiture est à l’intérieur avec un portail automatisé. La piscine est magnifique et idéale pour nos deux enfants de 8 et 13 ans. Les hôtes habitent à l’étage de la maison mais sans vue sur notre espace, et en plus ils sont très discrets. Nous recommandons.

Apartment mit schönem Pool

Wer eine Urlaubsunterkunft ohne viel "Schnickschnack". sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Apartment ist funktional ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wunderbar. Yves, der Vermieter, ist ein netter Typ und wohnt im Obergeschoss . Er ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Auto kann direkt auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück abgestellt werden. Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge an der Côte d’Azur.

Très Agréable

Très agréable location. L'espace piscine est qualitatif, idéal pour notre enfant de 5 ans qui s'y est parfaitement adapté. Nous n'avions pas compris que le propriétaire logeait à l'étage, mais cela n'est pas gênant, les espaces sont bien privatisés. Surtout, l'hôte est particulièrement discret et disponible en cas de besoin. C'est un plus. Nous conseillons cette location.

Excellent séjour

Maison bien située et bien équipée. De quoi se reposer tout en profitant de la ville (plage, port, restaurants…..) et petits commerces de base à moins de 10 mn à pieds. À noter la très grande gentillesse de Yves, toujours prêt à rendre service, tout en étant discret. Un très bel ensemble que nous recommandons. En plus… il faut toujours beau…. Laurence et Stéphane.

Perfect location

The villa is on a very good location nearby Juan-les-pins and Antibes. The garden and swimming-pool is great. The kitchen is a bit out-dated but has got everything you need. You have two big bedrooms available on the ground floor. The owner also lives on the property (upper floor). He has got his own entrance, so you will not see him much. This was not clear for us from the Vrbo advertisement.
