Welcome to our Apartment with sea view,
Located on the ground floor in the L’Agrianthe residence, you will find all the comforts : space, terrace, garden, parking, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, second bedroom with two single beds that you can bring together, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room with TV and access to the terrace and garden.
The apartment can greet 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children if needed.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival.
This is a no smoking apartment.

Access

Apartment is ideally located on Villefranche-sur-mer in a private residence with parking.
The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

The very quiet area offers you the opportunity to reach the beach, restaurants and shops by walking, in about ten minutes. The harbor and the Old Town are less than 500m away.

Transit

Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by train: go to Nice St Augustin train station which is 15 minutes away from the airport and stop at Villefranche-sur-mer. Apartment is 2km away from the train station. After that you can take a bus or taxi to reach the residence.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the private parking of the residence.

Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

De tous les appartements que j’ai loués à l’Agriante depuis 10 ans, c’était le pire !

Nous louons des appartements dans la résidence de l’Agriante depuis 10 ans. Mais la ce fut la catastrophe. Première surprise les transats présents sur les photos étaient cassés donc vous pouvez oublier les siestes en terrasse. Seconde surprise impossible de tirer le lit gigogne dont il manquait des lattes au sommier. Enfin le store de cette même chambre ne pouvait pas s’ouvrir de plus de 10 cm. En période de canicule c’est super pratique ! Dernière surprise le four ne fonctionnait pas. Si le personnel de l’agence de location s’est montré très disponible malheureusement il semble que le propriétaire lui n’a pas souhaité engager les réparations. Je n’ai jamais exprimé un avis aussi négatif sur internet, mais là franchement la prestation n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur au regard du coût de location. Pour moi c’est purement du vol !

Not bad , but nowhere did it say that the property was on a noisy and busy main road. The swimming pool was not close to the apartment as was led to believe. Well equipped, curtains in lounge disgusting and the terrace untidy. Owner’s equipment left in the corner.

Alles soweit in Ordnung

Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte super mit sympathischen Mitarbeitern. Mietobjekt ist sehr schön gelegen und durch die Hecke merkt man kaum, dass eine Straße in der Nähe ist. Die Wohnung war gepflegt, der Außenbereich auch, nur der Wohnungseigene Garten nicht wirklich (alte Spagetti und kaputtes Glas in der Hecke und Glassplitter auf dem braunen Rasen). Da das aber sehr schnell zu beheben ist, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Séjour entre amis

Appartement fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Propre. Vue sur la baie de Villefranche sur Mer depuis la terrasse. Résidence calme et sécurisée. Seul bémol, l'évacuation de la VMC dans la petite chambre qui n'est pas bouchée et qui fait un bruit sourd que l'on entend surtout la nuit. Pas agréable du tout pour les personnes au sommeil léger.
