VERRANDA CHARMING STUDIO PANORAMIC VIEW
Hello, I offer for rent my studio for 2 people located at 1000 meters above sea level, located in Hameau Vievola, 4 km from Tende (all shops), near the Parc du Mercantour, at the start of many hiking and mountain biking trails, 5 km from the Italian border, 50 km from the sea.
Tastefully decorated chalet style, it is south facing, pleasant veranda and superb panoramic view.
There is a well-equipped kitchen area with 3-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer, small oven, plenty of food. A comfortable sofa bed with slats, as well as 2 good armchairs. There is a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
At the back, north side, on the gangway, small dining area in the shade. No neighbor above, small family residence, free parking in the copro.
Minimum stay 3 nights, or 150 euros. Week 290 euros.
Possibility of household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) 15 euros. Household package 25 euros
