Great place for a large family

Excellent option for a large family. We were 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for all in the two apartments. Nice private pool and all the facilities you need to cook your own meals.

Charming villa with great swimming pool

Three families from Norway stayed in Villa Kismet for a week in June 2018. We loved the place! Villa Kismet is spacious and comfortable enough for ten people. There are two kitchens, two toilets and two bathrooms. There are five bedrooms with enough space for five adults and five teens/children. There are balconies along the front on two floors, and there is a spacious terrace with a pool area. The villa is perfect for relaxing in the sun. There are comfortable beach beds and two parasols. The swimming pool is good for cooling down during the day, and it was two meter deep so the children could jump in and have fun with diving, etc. We had nice breakfasts on the kitchen balcony in the morning, and nice dinners on the terrace in the evening shade. The town of Golfe Juan is one kilometer down the road, and it had an impressive selection of grocery shops and supermarkets. We did not have a rental car, and this worked fine for us. We carried the groceries up the hill, and jumped in the pool afterwards! It is easy to get from Nice Airport with train or bus. From Golfe Juan you can easily travel to Nice, Antibes or Cannes.

Schöne ältere Villa

Schöne, ältere Villa mit nur kleineren Mängeln. Ausstattung im Innen- und Außenbereich wie im Internetauftritt beschrieben und völlig ausreichend auch für viele Personen. Für unseren jüngsten Urlauber (1 Jahr) wurde sogar ein neuer Hochstuhl bereit gestellt. Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss erreicht alle Zimmer, im 1. Stock leider nur den Schlafbereich. Gut gepflegter Pool, seitlich mit schöner Aussicht aufs Meer, der für die Kinder das Highlight war. Zentrum von Vallauris mit Bäckereien und verschiedenen Geschäften, Hafen und Strand sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 1-1,5 km), wobei der Hinweg natürlich aufgrund der Lage der Villa auf einer Anhöhe leichter zu bewerkstelligen ist als der Rückweg. Schon vor der Anreise wurden von Seiten des Vermieters alle Fragen sehr nett und schnell beantwortet und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte völlig unkompliziert. Danke! Insgesamt ist ein Aufenthalt in der Villa, vor allem für eine größere Familie oder zwei Familien, die sich gut kennen, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Ein Horror!

Wir kamen im Haus an und der Horror fing schon in der Garage an. Dort lagen die Liegen und waren bereits am Schimmeln. Dann die Waschmaschine. Da wo das Waschmittel rein kommt war alles schwarz. Die Frau, die uns die Schlüssel übergeben Drahtbürste und schrubbte alles weg. Dann waren alle Tische voll mit dreck. Möbel sind alt und marode. Draußen gibt es entgegen den Fotos keine Stühle zum sitzen. Wir sollten die von drinne nehmen. Die waren so alt, dass sie kurz davor waren zu zerbrechen. Im Küchenschrank war dann noch eine Reibe, die verrostet war. Alles andere war auch einfach schrecklich. Die Wände in den Zimmern waren mit Toten Moskitos versehen. Die Farbe an dem Terassengelände ist nicht mehr weiß, sondern rostig braun. An den Türen drinne fällt die Farbe ab. Der Höhepunkt war bei uns erreicht, als wir Maüsescgeisse auf der Mikrowelle entdeckt haben, welche dreckig und verrostet war. Es hieß dann vom Inhaber er würde uns unser Geld zurück geben, wenn wir gehen wollen. Leider hat er dies nicht getan. Lasst euch nicht von den Bildern täuschen das ganze Haus ist heruntergekommen. Den Poll könnt ihr auch vergessen. Einfach nur dreckig und heruntergekommen. Wir kämpfen jetzt um unser Geld. Finger Weg!!!!

Haus seit mehr als 10 Jahren vermietet: Ich habe noch nie einen solchen Kommentar erlebt Liegestühle: Sie werden jedes Jahr erneuert und bestehen aus Kunststoff, einem Material, das nicht schimmelt Tische im Freien und Terrasse: Am Vortag regnete es in unserer Mittelmeerregion häufig aus der Sahara, dieses Jahr häufig. Diese mit Erde und Sand beladenen Niederschläge lagern sich auf Oberflächen ab; sie verschwinden durch Spülen. Alte und heruntergekommene Möbel: sehr wenige Möbel, oft von Ikea und hauptsächlich Schränke, um Platz zu schaffen Gartenstühle: Im Gartenzimmer sind mehr als 12 Stühle gelagert, was der maximalen Kapazität des Hauses entspricht. Dies wurde a priori nicht überprüft Die Farbe fällt auf die Außentüren: Falsch, die beobachteten Farbabplatzer befinden sich auf der Außenseite der Türen, die direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt sind Wände voller toter Mücken: An einer Schlafzimmerwand wurde eine zerquetschte Mücke gefunden Mäusescheiße: zwei Leinsamen aus Bio-Getreidebrot Rückerstattung: Es wurde klargestellt, dass jede Rückerstattung gemäß den VRBO-Regeln und den zuvor in der Auflistung genannten Regeln erfolgen muss. Die Diskussion läuft noch Es ist notwendig, die Arbeit des Teams, das dieses Haus vorbereitet, zu respektieren: Vielen Dank an Christine für die Reinigung, Franck für die Pflege des Schwimmbades und Claude für die Pflege des Gartens. Alt fungerte topp! Fin beliggenhet. Flott med eget basseng samtidig som det var relativt nært stranda. God plass. Det eneste som var litt uheldig var at det til tider var en del støy fra veien som går rett forbi.

Séjour formidable à 9 personnes

Cuisine bien équipée, piscine adéquate, pour des après-midi baignade endiablés, endroit exceptionnel. Vue sur la mer. Maison spacieuse et bien agencée. Bon contact avec Jean-Luc et aussi à l’arrivée avec Christine qui a su bien nous accueillir.

Einfach ein toller erholsamer Aufenthalt !

Wir ( 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder + 1 Hund) haben unseren Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Ferienhaus Ende Juni 2017 sehr genossen. Alles war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Zimmer waren großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Bei dem Inventar waren alle Dinge vorhanden. Man hat sogar eine Garage zur Nutzung. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf das Meer ist toll! Wir genossen täglich das Frühstück auf dem schattigen Balkon mit Blick zum Meer. Wir danken unserem Vermieter Herrn Jean-Luc Mizandjian für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und wünschen allen weiteren Gästen einen ebenso erholsamen Urlaub in diesem herrlichen Anwesen. Familie Lehmann
