Condo 302 is a two-level, two-bedroom residence with ocean views and located on the third floor of its villa. The master suite, kitchen and living area with balcony terrace is on the main floor with a spiral staircase leading to the second bedroom and bath. The upstairs bathroom has two twin beds that make into a king bed if desired.The upstairs bathroom has the only soaker tub in the development along with a separate shower. Another private balcony terrace lies off the second level bedroom. This residence is also available as one-bedroom rental.

Also located in the much sought after Phase 2 of the Club La Costa Development, this 1,325 square-foot condo enjoys the same benefits of our other residences only on a grander scale. The ocean views from both private terraces distinguishes this condo from the others.

Quiet and Comfortable

San Jose Our stay was very comfortable and our host very gracious. Our host provided a ride from and to the airport which was equivalent to an Uber. The advantages was meeting our host and getting an orientation of the unit with refreshments. We were a disappointed that a day before checking out our host set a departure time putting us at the airport 4 hours early instead the acceptable 3 hours. This eliminated our last morning in San Jose for a seaside coffee. The host did invite us for guest green fees on “Campestre Golf Course”. A very nice track indeed. Our accommodation was a convenient a short 5 minute walk to the ocean and some of the finest restaurants, bike rental shops, gyms and taxi services. From our condo each morning we were awaken by sun rise, the sounds of song birds and the crashing surf. A safe 20 minute walk will get you to “old town” or either of two the large grocery stores. Within the complex the neighbours are very pleasant, polite and helpful. We felt very much at home. notes: The internet service may improve if the wiring and router were upgraded. The prep knives were dangerously dull. We chose to use the master bedroom but it should clear that this room is only accessed by a VERY VERY narrow spiral staircase. Finally it’s the playoffs NHL NBA and regular season MBL the TVs are old and could use an upgrade.

Nice area , easy walking distance to everything. Great location . I didn't appreciate the Owner or the representative of the condo asking me at the end of our stay to clean dishes take out the garbage and strip the bed for cleaners

The Best

Jud is the best landlord. He is always available if you have questions or need anything. The check in and out process is quick and very well organized. The condo is super clean and fully equiped . LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CABO SAN JOSE!

This unit is perfectly situated on a golf course in San Jose del Cabo, a quick walk across from the public beach access, the shops & pubs in downtown San Jose, and the La Comer grocery store on the main road. Check in was a breeze, and Jud was an attentive host, making sure we felt at home at all times. Unlike most property managers, Jud lives nearby, and is readily available at all times to ensure a pleasant stay. We also really appreciated the private airport pick-up service, and the extra welcome gifts upon arrival. The unit was spotless and fully stocked with all amenities to ensure a fulfilling vacation. Jud truly knows how to roll out the red carpet for his guests, and we will most definitely be returning in the near future! We are most recently from Northern California near Sacramento. K is from Kentucky. J grew up in Texas and is an Air Force veteran. After visiting Cabo for years, we decided to move and live here. Unlike many owners, we are here full time and available to help you. You won’t be relying on a property manager to respond. J sells real estate and is very familiar with the local market. K is a woman of leisure!

We purchased this remodeled condo due its location and amenities, three separate swimming pools to choose from and merely steps from the beach. Coffee shops, bars, a variety of restaurants and a small convenience store are a mere block away. Beautiful, historic downtown San José del Cabo with its art galleries and incredible restaurants is within walking distance or a cab ride for less than $5.

Club La Costa is a very popular with part-time residents and long-term visitors and retirees wishing to escape the harsh winters. A sense of "community" welcomes first-time and returning guests. Many gather for social activities and day trips to local activities. The visitors, residents and guests are very friendly and the development is very safe with 24 hr. security.
