A lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the best San Jose location. The property is just down the street from the Hotel Zone. You are a 12-15 minute walk to the beach, a 15 min walk to the charming downtown San Jose and 10 minute walk to the grocery store. You are a blocks to shopping, massages and a fun little bar with food.
The condo has all the necessities needed to enjoy your time in Cabo. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are beach chairs and ice chests for your beach outing. There is a washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed and on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a trundle bed that will sleep 3 comfortably. One additional sleeping area is the living room couch. It is not a pull out sleeper but will comfortably sleep one . Bedding for the couch is in the coffee table.
The common area outside has a palapa with a bbq and a pool. These outdoor amenities are just steps away from this ground floor patio.
The condo is gated and has a security guard. This condo unit has one dedicated parking spot if you rent a car. It is perfect for a couple’s romantic getaway or a family holiday! The condo is about 20 minutes from the airport.
