An unforgettable stay. Ryan and Amy was graceful and accommodating.

The house is located in prime surf location. It is spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. It’s location is idea because you can get to the beach in a minutes. A very short drive to downtown San Jose and very close to the hwy that can take you either to San Lucas or the airport. The property manager Mauricio was always available to accommodate us with anything we need. If you need something, he’s there in minutes! I celebrated my birthday with some close friends and we’re very impressed with the house, the location and the services we received from the owners Ryan and Amy during the booking and from Mauricio during our stay. You will not regret staying at this property!

Great house and property

We enjoyed our stay on Gringo Hill. We were assured it was a safe neighborhood and never saw anything to the contrary. Mauricio is an excellent property manager and was readily available to answer any questions. As another reviewer wrote, there are a lot of barking dogs in the neighborhood and you can def hear them throughout the night. White noise helps. Overall a great stay, excellent location, and easy communication. Thansk!

Love this house!

We loved this house. The location was perfectly situated between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. It was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze. Great communication from both owners and property manager. We would definitely stay again.

Great property

A +++ This home really feels like a home! It was very well equipped with everything (and more) needed for a short or long term stay. The home was super clean and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The only negatives were some dog barking/howling in the neighborhood and mild traffic noise which we might never had noticed if we hadn’t opened the windows at night to enjoy the beautiful weather. The property is up a dirt road with potholes but it felt very safe and the view of the ocean and neighborhood made the bumps worth it. I loved our stay and would most definitely return!

Awesome spot

Love the huge house and the palapa main suite. Great house and responsive owner, and caretaker!!!! Loved the neighbors dog Nigo too!!!

Comfortable and close to beach

This house was a home away from home for our family of 4 for two wonderful months. It’s very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great internet and fully furnished. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and right off the highway for quick runs to the grocery store.

Our Stay at Gringo Hill House

The house was in a great location with easy access to San Jose Del Cabo and golf courses in the area. If you are a surfer, the house is a very short distance to Zippers surf break. The house was very comfortable and had everything one would need for a home away from home. Over-all a very good experience !!!
