Absolutely perfect vacation home. Our hosts are fabulous and attentive to our every need. The outdoor kitchen has been very enjoyable. I love to cook and cooking while enjoying the view was beyond perfect. Everything is close by so location is great. We plan to return.

The loveliest spot with amazing day and night views! A few minutes walk to the beach to see the sunrise or surf. We loved the beauty and quiet, but for less than 10 you can Uber to the busier town plaza. The suite was immaculate and comfortable. Kim and Scott were available to give recommendations and make sure our stay was the best. Will definitely return to this amazing place!

Kimberly is an amazing host with the gift of hospitality. From greeting us with a delicious meal and bottle of wine after a long day of traveling to making sure we didn’t get lost.. she is so caring and kind. The view is spectacular and location great. Scott and Kimberly are fantastic hosts.

Our stay at Kimberly’s beautiful casa was so much more than we had expected! Kimberly is a very warm and generous host and made our stay 5 stars all the way around. My husband and I enjoyed the spacious terrace patio as our main living area the entire stay-morning, daytime and evening! The terrace is well-shaded in areas necessary for staying out of the hot sun but open in areas to sun on lounge chairs. The ocean view is spectacular! Inside, it was spacious, clean, well stocked and cooled by air conditioning when needed. We only wish we had booked here longer! Thank you Kimberly.

Kimberly and Scott were such wonderful hosts. Their dog-Pearl is such a cutie and a delight. All the previous reviews were spot on. Waking up to a spectacular sunrise every morning was wonderful. Relaxing on the veranda was so enjoyable and a great place to read a couple novels. I truly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. Preparing sauteed asparagus and mushrooms while waiting for our pizzas from La Osteria to be delivered was so much fun.

Kimberly and Scott were the most perfect host ever! Of all the places we've stayed using home-share apps domestically or abroad, this is the our favorite place ever! The view is incredibly exceptional, the accommodations are perfect, and the hospitality was over and above. Kimberly gave us great recommendations on places to eat and things to do locally. We felt so at home!

Gorgeous Views and Outdoor Kitchen

Lovely location and home. Thanks so much to Kimberly for hosting and ensuring we were very comfortable. I loved being able to make coffee with that awesome sunrise each day! The room was tastefully decorated and very well maintained. We'd love to visit again in the future.

If I could, I would give Kim and Scott's place 6 stars. Everything was exactly as advertised or better. This place was clean, comfortable and affordable. Their 2 adorable dogs made me feel right at home. The views are amazing.

Conveniently located paradise

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts Kimberly and Scott were very friendly and greeted us with some delicious snacks and cold beer! The very private upstairs casita apartment has gorgeous water and hill views. The patio and room are large and spacious and very tastefully decorated. Fresh water provided and nice outdoor kitchen. The fridge freezer is of a decent size as well! The pool access is very nice to have. Would highly recommend!

The PerfecrCabo Getaway

So glad we found this place!! Far enough away from the busy areas but close to everything you want to see. The suite is totally private, you won't even know someone else lives there with a view so good you won't want to leave. Kimberly and Scott were perfect hosts with everything from directions and advice and when help was needed went above and beyond to make our stay the best trip ever. Thank you both so much, give the dogs a pat for us, can't wait to come back.

Awesome Place to relax

This is one of the best properties we stayed , with a beautiful view over the ocean and very clean private place to relax . For us it was the first time in Baya Mexico but it felt like home. We stayed for 28 days but time went too fast. Kimberly and Scott , awesome hosts, thanks for everything. Nice entertainment from Pearl and Bonnie Belle (the dogs). An unexpected warm pleasure staying in exceptional accommodations. We felt we were at home. Kim and Scott are lovely, warm, intelligent, helpful and kind hosts. They even offered medical care when my partner needed as well as a meal!!They took such good care of us, beyond expectations. A beautiful setting, with a lovely dog, Pearl and kitty Charlie. Pearl has been saving the “end cut” of the bone you gifted her. She carries it around, lays with it, gums it… no chewing it though! Wondering what THAT is all about. Panoramic View

Lovely gift basket in the room with fruit, cookies, coffee and other delights. Panoramic view of the sea, hills -- even from the shower. Very large deck with tons of space ànd outdoor kitchen with all essentials provided. Eating area to eat while watching the whales in Jan. We felt like we were on top of the world. Owner cares about your experience and offers you many recommendations to fully enjoy the area. Provided everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Seven minutes from Palmilla Beach which is a beautiful swimming beach. We would come back!!

Yes, you can see whales spouting and jumping from the patio, and watch the sunrise from bed. It is truly a spectacular view. The owner is absolutely charming, and does everything in her power to make your stay as good as possible. She had welcome snacks for us, and baked muffins. The unit is above the main house, and, while you do have a private entrance, you do need to go around the main house. Parking was basically by pulling up on a side walk. You do need to drive about everywhere- except Zippers and the adjacent beach- you can walk to those.

Beyond expectations

How unbelievably fortunate I was to find Casa Carter. This far exceeded any of my expectations; the views vast and breathtaking, the accommodations incredibly comfortable, with everything I needed. I spent most of my days enjoying the views from the patio, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, or walking down to the beach. It is close to many restaurants and the beach so one can venture out without a car. My hosts, Kimberly and Scott, were incredibly gracious and welcoming. I truly believe that I have discovered one of the most amazing places in all of Cabo. I am counting the days until I can return.

Our peaceful retreat

The suite is beautifully decorated with all you need for a comfortable stay. We prepared simple meals in the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed the amazing views while dining from the outdoor living area. It was pleasant in that we weren't bothered by pesky bugs... just that on occasional fly. The owner is so friendly, kind and helpful. She is a delight and very accommodating, providing us with information on local places, restaurants, stores and events. The pool and hot tub were refreshing, pleasant and private. I can't say enough how beautiful this place is. Not only is it beautiful, but we felt safe. Although there is air conditioning, we slept with the sliding doors open and enjoyed the breezes. The sunrises were amazing from the veranda.... as well as from the bed.
