This 3 bedroom luxurious penthouse condo is located in the exclusive brand new complex Soleado! You will love the location as you are right on the beach and have access to amenities such as community pool and occasionally restaurant/bar on site- closed Tuesday. Everything in Casa Carlson is brand new from the furniture, bedding, to all of the appliances! You will love the unobstructed view of the ocean that you can see from the hallway walking into the condo. How amazing to be able to sit in the living room or on the terrace and watch the sunrise!
The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal at home. There is a TV in the living room and master bedroom.
You will have WIFI available as well.
The property is located in San Jose del Cabo and is about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store La Comer or about a 25 minute walk into downtown San Jose del Cabo. There is a wide selection of restaurants to pick from as well as shopping! You can also take an Uber or taxi for those days that you don't want to walk.
