These accommodations is a gated and guarded community located high on the hill above Cabo featuring sweeping panoramic views of Cabo, the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. Close enough to town to be convenient and far enough to be relaxing and peaceful. About 10 minutes to downtown Cabo, 5 minutes to Costco and 7 minutes to Walmart. This condo opens to a furnished balcony or patio, great for kicking back and taking in ocean views. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and the 42-inch TV with Shaw satellite and DVD player provides entertainment. The private kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The private bathroom has complimentary toiletries. Great place for 1st trip to Cabo

This is a great property and place to stay. This was our first trip to Cabo and will not be our last. Location was great being close to beaches and to town. It was just like the photos. The unit is very comfortable and was extra clean. I loved having my coffee on the patio in the morning and wine at night. Randy and Odo are great! We’ll be back for sure and plan on staying a few more days.

Casa sunshine at La Ventana

Fantastic property with an amazing view and large balcony overlooking Lands End. Spacious with gorgeous king size beds and three smart TV’s. Loved this place. Property Manager Otto and owner Randy are exceptional to deal with. Booking right now for next years stay so we dont miss out.

Family Holiday

The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner and on-site property manager was outstanding. Able to answer all questions and provide recommendations on activities. The condo fit our family needs perfectly with everything that someone would need. The condo is located in a quiet complex away from the downtown and marina but an easy drive to anywhere you wanted to go. Very much hope to stay again one day.

Awesome deck,view and sunsets

We enjoyed our stay. We would have a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Uber was easy to take when we chose not to drive. It was always nice to come back and stretch out on a lounge on the deck after a day in Cabo which is quite active. We wish we had stayed for a little longer than a week. Next time.
