About this property

Newly Renovated Cabo Marina Waterfront unit, Rooftop Pool

Location, location, location! You are staying in a NEWLY RENOVATED large Studio in the perfect location to have access to all Cabo has to offer - Gorgeous views of the marina right off the private balcony, and walk out the door to everything! No car or taxi needed when you stay at this updated condo. You steps away from restaurants, shops, fishing, activities, and the famous Medano beach is not more than a ten minute walk. No Bad Days in Cabo - ENJOY!!

You will have the entire condo to yourself, plus there is a spacious lobby. The condo is on the first floor, accessible by stairs and an elevator in a secure (locked) wing of the building. There is 24 hour security at the front desk.

There is a queen bed, air conditioning, plenty of storage space for guests, a full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven and cooktop, fridge, stocked with cooking essentials.

The balcony overlooks the Marina and north west towards Pedregal with a beautiful view at sunset.

The Lobby doors do lock at 10:00 pm, so you MUST have your circle key on you in order to get in the building between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Their is parking available for one car, a $150.00 fine is imposed if you lose the parking pass.

Right on the marina, near boat and activity rentals, restaurants. Also walk to Medano Beach, or Cabo old town.

You do not need a car to stay here, however if you do have one we have one parking pass available and you willl park in the Condo designated parking spots in front. The beach is a ten minute walk, their are restaurants around every corner, and Puerto Paraiso mall is right down the street as well. Uber is also very convenient and inexpensive to get to grocery shopping, or other beaches. The bus is also easy and nice for trips further away.

Just outside the building, Cabo awaits! Hundreds of restaurants, bars, shops are all within a short walk. The famous Medano beach is just a few minutes walk away, and water taxis are right there to take you to Lover's Beach and Land's End arches. Spend your days snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, sight-seeing or lounging on the beach. This home is steps to everything! Or rent a car and visit the neighboring towns of Todos Santos, Cerritos Beach, San Jose or East Cape. Shop at the first class Puerto Paraiso Mall, just inside the marina. Or go whale watching and snorkeling, and dance the night away ... Cabo nightlife is hot and just minutes away.

This is a nice little studio with a comparably large kitchen area and nice sized bathroom. AC was nice and cool along with ceiling fans to move the air around. Great little balcony looks out over the marina.The staff were very attentive, polite and available.Setting up our stay was easy and the owner was very communicative.

The condo was clean and very safe! Had everything we needed to cook and even had beach chairs and a small ice chest! The view is stunning and the staff were very helpful. Only negative was there was no plastic cups for the pool but the market right outside the building had plastic cups so it was an easy fix. Definitely recommend and would return again!

Extremely roomy! Nice balcony and view! All the equipment you need in a kitchen, but there isn't one. If you're adaptive, you can make your own, and have all the comforts of home. Very secure, nice pool. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location with direct marina view. Super clean and phenomenal staff! Some minor hiccups at check-in but host was was very responsive and quickly resolved our concerns . Be aware that this is a somewhat noisy area with many bars and shops within a short distance….earplugs are a must . Thank you so much Cam , we had a blast and will be back :))

First off, location, location, location!!! This cute little unit was in the perfect spot. From the balcony, we enjoyed many sunsets, cools breezes, plenty of shade, people watching, listening to music, watching the boats leave and enter the marina, and quite a few sea lions provided hours of entertainment! The building is secure so we felt very safe, and the unit had all the amenities we needed for an amazing stay! If you left and walked to the right, you have access to many restaurants, shops, bars, a mall and tons of activities to select from on the marina. If you walk a little farther about 1 mile, you are in downtown Cabo with a ton more options of restaurants, shops, bars, night clubs and very good massages! If you walk to the left, in less than a mile you can take the chairs, umbrellas and cooler and have an amazing time at the beach! To get to Medano Beach it is a bit further, but there is beach access less than a mile from the unit as well as more restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The rooftop pool was also amazing! Beautiful views with gorgeous sunsets and excellent views of the marina, the arches and the mountains are stunning. It is very private and there is a lot of seating to tan, read, and relax with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. The unit itself was very nicely remodeled well stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. LOVED the water dispenser in the room! Staff was great! Did I mention location was AMAZING! We recommend booking!!

Great Location

We have stayed at Marina Cabo Plaza on many occasions. Medano Beach within five minute walk. Balcony of units overlooking the Marina to watch boats, seals and people!

Loved the place. Loved the view of the marina and the location. Very convenient. Be prepared for the music across the way at spring break but nothing to worry about with ear plugs. The shower is the only down fall with low water pressure and the head that tries to amp the stream unsuccessfully. Would stay here again.

Great Location but Noisy during Spring Break

This was a fabulous location close to everything with easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. After a long travel day it was such a pleasant surprise to find a bag of ice in the freezer and a selection of cold beer in the fridge. This was a much better experience than staying in one of those big all-inclusive generic places. Here, you can truly experience the beautiful culture of Mexico. If you're older and not into the loud party scene - be sure you're not traveling to Cabo during spring break!
