Located in the quite and peaceful community of Fintry this newly built home on a very large lot boasts 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 Queens), a pullout couch (Queen), full kitchen, Charcoal BBQ, 2 bathrooms, and a gorgeous deck and front patio. Just minutes by foot to the Okanagan lake and Fintry Provincial Park. Ample parking inside and outside the garage is provided, with enough room to park a boat and take advantage of the 2 boat launches located within minutes of the house. High speed internet is available, along with laundry facilities, kids toys, games, and DVD's. Groceries are available via delivery (and Wine!) so one needs not even leave once they get settled. If required though West Kelowna lies approximately 25min to the south or Vernon 30 min to the North. Awesome Vacation Property!

We had an amazing week here and can't wait to book again for next summer! The property was the perfect size, had more amenities and extras than we expected and was super clean. Darcy was awesome to deal with and answered questions quickly. We saw deer and quail and tons of cool bugs daily and the kids played outdoors all day. The small beach area was super cool and quiet and even though the road out of the area is a bit intense, it's still close enough to spend a day at one of the amazing local beaches in Kelowna. The owners were amazing, there were so many perks and extras and all 8 of us fully enjoyed and relaxed for our week at the property. We will be back!

Amazing Property

We had a fantastic stay at this property House layout and back yard was excellent Loved all the things in the garage we were able to use (outdoor games, bikes, floaties) Darcy was so great to communicate with We will definitely be back Best place we have stayed in Fintry Paul & Selena

Fabulous Fintry

The house was exactly as described - clean, modern, air conditioned!, accommodating with all the amenities vacationers would need including wifi, games, movies and toys. The decks were great, the yards perfect for a variety of games and the access to the lake and Fintry Park excellent. Fintry Provincial Park has a number of historic and natural attractions worth several visits. As the host acknowledged, reducing the number of times you drive back and forth either to Kelowna or Vernon involves a bit of planning or accessing delivery services. Excellent wineries are only 40 minutes away.

Beautiful place!

Such a great property if your looking for a relaxing getaway! The house has everything you need and is 5 minute walk to the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

For the most part I built this house myself for my wife and young children to enjoy! My wife and I are from Calgary, Alberta and needed a place we could take the kids and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get the kids back to nature. We stumbled upon Finty when visiting the provincial park and absolutely fell in love with the peaceful, natural surroundings, and the amazing lake access. The large lots allowed us to plant all the fruit trees we wanted and view all sorts of nature right in the backyard!

What makes this property unique

Large open lot, with tons of natural surroundings. Great Lake access for either just going to the beach, or boating. two boat ramps located within minutes. Great hiking and biking trails all over the place.
