Moulleau center Renovated house sleeps 8 to 300m from the beach
Charming house recently renovated and located in the heart of Moulleau in a very quiet area. The house consists of two living areas (main house + annex) and a garden with two terraces (on each side) to enjoy the sun all day long.
The main house consists of two rooms:
- 1 bed 160cm (room 1),
- 2 beds of 90 cm (room 2),
- Living room with TV, Hi-Fi system and CD,
- modern kitchen
- shower room with W. C.
The annex consists of:
- 1 living room with kitchen, TV, sofa bed 2 places,
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm
- Shower room and WC.
We lend barbecue and, on request, a cot (baby).
The beach and shops are 5min walk.
Parking is free and easy to access and we lend 2 bicycles.
Available July and until August 3rd.
Rental contract established between the two parties - 30% on booking and balance on arrival.
Deposit 1500 €.
Maid (at the end of the rental): 100 €
Price:
Beginning of July 2 300 € the week
From July 13 to August 3: 2 500 € the week.
