Quiet, sunny 3 rooms 56m2, 3rd & last floor, ideal for 4 people. Residence with caretaker, gardener, vigil at night (July & August).

2 swimming pools open from May 15th to September 30th from 10am to 9pm: a 10x15m pool and a 25x11 pool, 125-250cm deep. Obligatory wristband in season to be picked up at the caretaker's lodge (free of charge, deposit of 20 € per bracelet). Swimming shorts prohibited.

A free daily tennis lesson

Near immediate restaurants, supermarket, market, vegetables, butcher, deli, bakery, pharmacy. Everything is done to limit travel by car. Free parking around the residence.
