Beautiful Charentaise farmhouse with swimming pool

Buffetaud is an old farmhouse located in the countryside in a small hamlet of two houses. It enjoys an exceptional view. This cottage has been completely renovated while preserving its old character. It therefore has excellent comfort.

Located in the heart of the South Charente, it is however near the Périgord while being not far from the coast. This geographical location allows some trips to the beaches of the Atlantic or some more cultural excursions to the different sites of the Dordogne, not to mention the magnificent architectural heritage of the Charente. It is also about an hour from Bordeaux by the National 10.

The cottage is composed of a part for residential use and a large attached barn.

The interior of the cottage is very large: we enter a large vestibule which gives on both sides a dining room and a living room with an area of 36 m² each and two large bedrooms each with a bed double and a bathroom for one and a shower room for the other. There are three very beautiful Charente fireplaces. The kitchen, fully integrated, is adjacent to the dining room. It is equipped with many electrical appliances. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a large games room and a bathroom and a separate shower room. Each level has an independent WC.

The cottage is equipped with oil central heating.

The garden, with an area of approximately 3000 m², is fully enclosed. The swimming pool (5m x 10m with Romanesque stairs) is secured by an enclosure.
