Superb apartment completely renovated in 2019, fully equipped for 4 people and decorated with care.

Located in a residential area, family and very quiet. (far from party animals)

Ideally located, you will find at the foot of the residence, a bridle path allowing you to access the beach of Roquille or Mole in just 5 minutes.
A path under the pines will bring you to the port and all shops located 400 m and less than 5 min walk.

The residence "Les Hauts de la Clape"
is composed of several small islets.
It is secured using a portal and an access code.
A secure and private parking space awaits you on arrival.

The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of the island, it consists of:

An entrance that serves the kitchen and living room, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a separate bedroom with loggia access equipped with a bed 1 double 2 people, a low mezzanine ( for children over 6 years old)
a loggia / terrace very bright.

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, moderne et très proche de toutes les activités ,centre ville, plage. Emplacement très calme. Je recommande et réserverais certainement à nouveaux.

Cap Agde - le Mole

Appartement refait de façon contemporain et fonctionnel. Situé à 1km de la plage du Mole et des commerces et marchés. Résidence très calme. Superbe séjours de deux semaines

Très bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au cap d’adge, appartement conforme à la description. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. Il est situé à 10 minutes à pieds des commerces et du port dans une résidence très calme, idéal avec des enfants. Propriétaires très à l’écoute et réactifs. Nous recommandons.
