Big house of 200m ² on 800 m ² of ground, with the superb decoration linking the heat of the wood and the industrial style. The house is located in a quiet subdivision near shops. 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with shaded terrace style cap ferret access, ideal for breakfast .. A large dining room, a lounge and a TV room (FREEBOX, decoder, home cinema). You will have access to the cellar and the laundry.
Outside, happiness .... A swimming pool with salt, with submerged beach and heated to 27 °, a large terrace, a container arranged in summer kitchen with pizza oven, and jacuzzi 3 places. You will also enjoy taking a drink by playing a game of petanque on the private ball field located in the garden.
