WIFI. Energy Included. Gas heating. Private parking place car. Washing machine. Recent bedding. Common bicycle room. Baby equipment (folding cot, potty, deckchair, bath deckchair, booster chair). Terrace furniture. Furnished accommodation classified 2 stars for 3 people.
Rent at fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, animal supplement (only 1 small dog accepted: less 7kg), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Good condition (maintenance and painting).

Superb sea view. Prodigious situation facing the main beach of Trégastel, the Coz-Pors, and the Forum of Trégastel (heated seawater pool). Restaurants nearby. Exceptional walks on the GR34 through the pink granite rocks of Ile Renote on one hand, and the beach of Grève Blanche on the other. Wonderful holidays in perspective!
