About this property

Rental mountain house

At the end of the road, in a charming little hamlet in the heart of the mountain at 1800m, the house is part of a large farm of post-war reconstruction. Totally renovated: wood cladding, lime plaster, earth, wood wool insulation, heated floors, larch woodwork, central heating wood and solar panels.
On two floors:
Ground floor: entrance hall, release, office / TV lounge, large living room (large wood stove), kitchen, WC / boiler room / laundry room
1st floor: a large corridor leads to 4 bedrooms (3 double + 1 triple with washbasin and shower, all modular) and a large bathroom / WC with bath and shower.
Outside: large garden with table / umbrella nearby, trampoline, swing for small children.
Backed by summits of more than 3000m, it is an opening on all the activities of mountain and full nature: climbing, VTT, excursion, ski ... (That's why we live there!)
Amenities: Hostel / restaurant at 100m, By car: bakery / bar at 5 min, grocery store at 15 min, supermarkets + all shops at 25 minutes.
Exoticism: Less than 15 minutes from our charming Italian neighbors, 25 minutes from Barcelonnette and its Mexican influences.
