The residence Archeboc is situated in Arc 1800, in the village of Charmettoger, about 50m from the pistes and 200m from the shops. This residence (with lift) offers a great view over the pistes, the valley, the mountain and the fir tree forests. The ski lifts situated a few steps from the residence connect the various levels of the resort of Les Arcs, Alps, France to enjoy skiing in the Paradiski area. Free shuttles are also available to use within the resort. Surface area : about 30 m². Ground floor. Orientation : South, West. Living room with single bed. Bedroom under mansard with double bed. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds. Open-plan kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub, WC. Terrace. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.

Appartement en mauvais état et mal géré

Appartement Charlotte Perriand d'origine, dans son jus, peu entretenu, matériaux dégradés, moquette usée avec des auréoles, boiseries abîmées, électricité douteuse, poignée du frigo cassée, charnières d'armoire manquantes. Mobilier usé et de mauvaise qualité (un meuble d'entrée a cassé sous le poids d'une paire de chaussures de ski !). Entretien déplorable, la moitié des ampoules ne fonctionnent pas, des équipements manquent, propreté très moyenne (bouteilles vides sous le lit, mégots et capsules sur la terrasse ...). J'ai communiqué tous ces éléments à l'agence en début de séjour, aucune réaction, au départ ils m'ont dit qu'ils sont passés réparer une prise mais n'ont pas eut le temps pour le reste. En conclusion je ne recommande pas ce logement, autant pour son état général que pour sa gestion locative.
