This is a charming building (built in 2001) in a quiet place in Les Roches district (1650 m altitude). Very nice view on the slopes, forest and mountains. At 300 m by footpath at the top of Vallandry center. Public parking at 200 m (dependeing on availabilities). Surface area : about 40 m². 2nd floor. Orientation : South. Living room with pull-out sofa. Bedroom with double bed (140*190). Bedroom with bed-settee (140*190). Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80*190). Kitchen with kettle, coffee machine (à filtre), oven / microwave, toaster, dishwasher, vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub, shower, washing machine. WC. Shower room with shower, WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
