Featuring a spacious great room with soaring twenty foot ceilings and plenty of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast counter that opens up to a stunning dining room which comfortably seats 8, this home design makes eating in or entertaining guests both inviting options. Upon request and availability, host will provide grocery shopping and catering for an additional fee for parties up to 10.

With two Master bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms and an additional family room 2 floors below, this home is ideal for a 1 family or 2 family shared vacation experience.

Conveniently located in Edwards, 12.5 miles west of Vail, the Arrowhead neighborhood is part of the prestigious Beaver Creek/Arrowhead Ski resort. This home resides within a gated community appealing to those with a desire for luxury, privacy and relaxation as well as an appreciation for the natural beauty and recreational activities that only the Colorado outdoors can offer! Guests of this property can walk to resort amenities: a shared hot tub that is less than 25 yards away, a restaurant and bar and a free door to ski lift resort shuttle service as well as year round village pool and hot tub privileges! This Arrowhead town home is an exceptional value based on it's exquisite mountain decor and close proximity to the lift (it's a shorter distance from the front door to the lift than the distance from the Arrowhead parking lot to the lift!), high-end finishes and interior decorating by one of the areas finest builders and designers. Your hosts have been sharing their mountain home since 2008 and know just what their guests want- luxury, comfort and cleanliness conveniently nestled close to the ski lift! A $500 deposit plus 1/2 of rental rate is due upon booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to reservation date.

OTHER FEES:

7 hours of cleaning are included for a 3 day minimum stay. Cleaning beyond that is contracted out at $45.00/hour. Damage fee is charged by incident. Late departures will be charged for an extra night. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m.

A $25 per adult per night surcharge for adult parties greater than 4. I.e. no surcharge for the first 4 adults but the 5th, 6th, 7th, etc... will be charged a $25 surcharge per night.

Wonderful getaway!

We stayed here with another family for a baseball trip and it was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect house to share with kiddos and bunkbeds. The outdoor grill was perfect for grilling out. Overall just loved our stay and hope to be back!!

Two families with six children under 11 which can be difficult to manage, but the house was perfect. Great kids area with bunk beds in lowest floor allowing adults to escape and enjoy the home and tranquil location. Pool, hot tub and lifts are all a short walk and trails allow for ski in.

Our family celebrated two graduations, two anniversaries and two birthdays in Beaver Creek for 4th of July week. Great place, great hosts. Exceptionally easy to get in and out, great location and plenty of room for everyone to be together without being too crowded. Would recommend it to anyone.

The house is located in walking distance to Arrowhead lift and shuttle to BC as well as community pool and hot tub which is super convenient. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with utensils and condiments. Loved having the stash of games for the kids to play. Really a perfect stay for our multigenerational family. Great stay in Arrowhead

This home is in a great location in Arrowhead. The place of clean. We were able to check in early and check out late. Barbara Jean was very easy to communicate with. Our only issue was we would have loved more seating in the family room for our family of 5 in the evening. But overall, it was fantastic and we’d rent again!

Very nice house. Very convientant to the slopes within walking distance. The only negative is they don't treat the driveway or roads on the street of the house. Very slippery when walking down them, our van slide into the road in the middle of the night due to driveway being all icy. All in all great place.

A wonderful home for our ski trip

This home was a great homebase for our Beaver Creek ski trip! It was close to skiing, restaurants, and shopping. Some of our group preferred to be dropped off at BC for skiing, some walked down the street and conveniently took the lift from there and skiied back to the house at the end of the day. There was a convenient hot tub that we ended up having all to ourselves. The owners are obviously no stranger to renting as they provided all the supplies we needed and everything in the house was well organized and labeled. The beds were comfortable. There were two nice common rooms to gather and a big table and bar area for dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home.

Excellent Vacation Rental

The townhouse was wonderful with plenty of space and very nice amenities. Easy walk to the chairlift and parking for three cars. Our only disappointment with this Arrowhead location was that the community hot tubs and pool close at 6pm which didn’t give us enough time to use them. They were also quite crowded as everyone tried to use them between 4-6. An 8pm close would be more appropriate for a vacation destination while still maintaining the family friendly vibe. But we loved this rental otherwise and highly recommend it. Definitely a 5 star experience overall.

Arrowhead was perfect for our multi-family ski vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals and ample space to spread out for sleeping. Kitchen and laundry room were nicely stocked. Unfortunately the closest lift was closed during our stay but it was a short drive to Beaver Creek.

Amazing ski weekend!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful home and more than accommodating for a group of friends or family. Why they chose this property

We chose this property because our family loves to ski, bike and hike and this vacation home is close to it all! The Arrowbahn Lift is a 3 minute walk away from our front door as are hiking and biking trails during the warmer months. In addition, we chose this neighborhood because of its central location to the Edwards, Beaver Creek, Avon and Arrowhead shopping, dining and activities. Our gated neighborhood provides a security 24 hour guard 7 days a week. Due to manageable size of the deck at the base of the Arrowbahn lift, where a restaurant, bar and outdoor grill deck are located, we have always felt comfortable letting our older children walk home early, go to the pool, or take another run if they didn't want to stick around. And when our kids were little, we LOVED the Arrowbahn deck because of it's intimate size. The smaller size made it easy to supervise our young ones without hovering too much. Lastly, we love how our vacation home is nestled into the side of a mountain. Oftentimes, the best memories of our time spent together with family and friends are created in the great room where 2-story windows open up to a beautiful mountain scene. Sitting in that room after a day of physical activity, fire crackling, chili bubbling, and the mountain scene unfolding, one can simultaneously feel a sense of warmth, coziness, awe and gratitude. We love this home and hope you will too!
