The residence Les Balcons du Soleil 1 is located in the ski resort of Peyragudes, at around 400m from ski slopes (you can access to the slopes by a free skibus). Near the residence, you will find ski shops, bars, restaurants, bakery and the "Maison de Peyragudes" (information point). All studios and apartments are either South-West or South facing, with a great view over the Louron Valley. Surface area : about 23 m². Floor -1. Living room with bed-settee. Cabin with 2 bunk beds.
