The farmhouse is inherent in a 10 hectare estate with vineyards, olive groves and woods. 3 bedrooms with 8 beds, a bathroom and a large living room kitchen with the fireplace in the center. The house is equipped with the usual appliances and an external Pompeian ensures evenings with breeze and stars. The house is 60 km from Florence and as many from Rome, it is convenient for the most renowned typical Tuscan towns.

Traditionelles Bauernhaus, das Wartung benötigt

Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig inmitten eines großen Olivenhains mit phantastischem Ausblick auf Monte San Savino. Die Zufahrt ist nicht für sportliche/tiefer gelegte Autos geeignet (besonders die letzten 200m), wir mussten selbst für ein normales Familienauto die Einfahrt begradigen. Es gab im Haus viele defekte Gegenstände, die repariert werden mussten (Waschmaschinenanschluss, aus der Wand hängende Steckdosen, defekte Möbeltüren, WC Sitz, wackelige Kinderbetten, Gasleckage, etc.), alles in Eigenregie. Das größte Problem war allerdings die ungenügende Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus, alte Essensvorräte, Essensreste, verschimmelter Kühlschrank uvm. Die vielen persönlichen Gegenstände liesen keinen Stauraum für eigene Dinge. Was ebenfalls fehlte, waren eine Sitzgelegenheit auf der Dachterrasse. Fazit, es fehlt an Aufmerksamkeit für das Objekt. Man könnte hier ein tolles Objekt erschaffen, wenn man sich darum kümmern würde.
