Clean & Comfy - Family friendly - 5 min to downtown

Fully renovated, spacious 3 bed, 2 bath downtown townhouse, five minutes from everything! Tastefully decorated and very clean home that's perfect for gathering with family, friends, or co-workers.

We thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including some basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have plenty of extra towels and some other essentials like shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, and make-up remover.

While we're child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do have a gate available for the staircase.

We have a no pets, no smoking, and no parties policy. We charge an additional $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are broken.

Located near the desirable Holy Cross neighborhood, Fountain Square, Irvington, and Windsor Park. Only a two-minute walk to the Neidhammer Event Center and Ash&Elm Cider Company. The area is highly transitional with rehabbed homes next to vacant homes.

Clean and quiet

We stayed here for a work conference and it was perfect. A cheep Uber to and from downtown. We also had a rental and plenty of parking in the rear. House was clean and well updated for our needs.

Close to downtown

Courtney was great with communication. Had a small issue with the wireless internet but she took care of it right away. House was perfect for what we needed. Neighborhood is interesting.

Beautiful rental

This is a beautiful place and my cousins and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you for clean and nice newly renovated home to stay at. So conveniently close to downtown area as well.

Why they chose this property

We love this house, because it's extremely close to everything that's happening in the downtown neighborhoods. You can be downtown for a Colts game, concert, or conference in minutes.

You can easily pop into the various hip neighborhoods for dinner and shopping.

It's very close to interstate access, so you can easily get to the various events in the Greater Indianapolis area.

Lastly, it's very comfortable. It's nice to have a comfy landing pad after a long day of walking, exploring, or working. We really try to fill our properties with the same comforts of our own home. We hope you enjoy!
